Claims (6)
- 엔진(3)의 흡기 밸브(4) 및 배기 밸브(5)의 개폐 시기를 각각 변경 가능한 가변 밸브 타이밍 제어 장치(2)이며,상기 배기 밸브(5)가 폐쇄된 후에 상기 흡기 밸브(4)가 개방되도록 설정되는 동시에 상기 배기 밸브(5)의 밸브 폐쇄 시기가 상사점 전으로 설정된 제1 작동 모드와,상기 제1 작동 모드에 대해 상기 흡기 밸브(4)의 밸브 개방 시기를 상사점 전으로 진각시킨 제2 작동 모드로 절환 가능하게 구성되고,상기 엔진(3)의 시동시에는, 상기 흡기 밸브(4) 및 상기 배기 밸브(5)의 작동 모드가 상기 제1 작동 모드로 설정되고, 그 후 제1 소정 조건이 성립되면 상기 제2 작동 모드로 절환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 가변 밸브 타이밍 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 작동 모드에 있어서의 상기 배기 밸브(5)가 폐쇄된 후에 상기 흡기 밸브(4)가 개방되기까지의 기간은 적어도 그 절반이 배기 행정으로 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 가변 밸브 타이밍 제어 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 작동 모드시에는 상기 흡기 밸브(4)의 밸브 개방 시기가 상사점 근방에 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 가변 밸브타이밍 제어 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제2 작동 모드시에는 밸브 오버랩이 대략 0으로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 가변 밸브 타이밍 제어 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 작동 모드시 또는 상기 제2 작동 모드시에는 공연비가 이론 공연비로 설정되는 동시에, 점화 시기가 지각측으로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 가변 밸브 타이밍 제어 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제2 작동 모드에서의 운전시에 제2 소정 조건이 성립되면, 상기 제2 작동 모드에 대해 상기 배기 밸브(5)의 밸브 폐쇄 시기를 상사점 후로 지각시킨 제3 작동 모드로 절환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 가변 밸브 타이밍 제어 장치.
