Claims (9)
- 에틸렌을 옥시염화시켜 1,2-디클로로에탄을 제조하기 위한 촉매로서,알루미나 상에 담지된 구리 화합물 및 마그네슘 화합물을 포함하되, 금속으로 나타낸 구리가 7∼12 중량%의 양으로 존재하고 Mg/Cu 비율이 0.05∼1 범위이고,상기 촉매 입자 내의 구리의 분포가, 표면에서의 Al/Cu 비율(X)에 의해 제공되는 구리 원자의 농도와 전체 입자 내의 Al/Cu 비율(Y)에 의해 주어지는 농도 사이의 X/Y 비율이 0.8∼1.3이 되도록, 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 구리 화합물은 염화제이구리이고, 상기 마그네슘 화합물은 염화마그네슘인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 구리의 함량은 9∼12 중량%이고, 상기 Mg/Cu 비율은 0.1∼0.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,60∼150 ㎡/g의 표면적을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,조촉매(promoter)로서 알칼리 금속 화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,감마 알루미나 상에 담지된 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 제6항에 따른 촉매를 제조하는 방법으로서,복수회에 걸쳐 알루미나를 함침하는 단계를 포함하고, 제1 단계에서 사용하는 Cu 및 Mg 화합물의 수용액 체적은 상기 알루미나의 기공의 체적과 동일하거나 그 이하이고, 이어지는 단계에서 사용하는 상기 체적은 제1 단계에서 사용하는 체적에 대해 점차적으로 감소되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매의 제조 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 함침된 분말이 각각의 함침 단계가 실행되기 전에 건조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 에틸렌을 옥시염화시켜 1,2-디클로로에탄을 제조하는 방법으로서,제1항 내지 제6항에 따른 촉매를 사용하고, 190∼235℃의 온도 하에 유동층(fluidized bed)에서 공정을 수행하고, 산화제로서 산소를 사용하며, 반응의Cl/C 몰비가 0.6∼0.7이고 반응의 O2/C2H4몰비가 0.4∼0.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
