Claims (16)
- 단일 용도를 위한 일련의 보울(C)를 구비하는 액상샘플 자동 분석장치에 있어서,각각의 보울은, 저면부, 하나의 개구부를 가지며 상기 저면부에 대향되게 형성된 하나의 상부면 및 상기 개구부의 대략 내부 평면에서 상기 보울의 양측으로 연장된 두개의 대향 어깨부(R1, R2)를 구비하고, 상기 보울(C)의 개구부를 적어도 부분적으로 가리고 상기 어깨부에 고정된 탄성 필름(3)을 통해 서로 나란히 연결되며,상기 필름(3)은 주입 및/또는 샘플링 수단과 연결되지 않도록 규격 지워진 상기 보울의 개구부에 대해 각각 직각방향으로 형성된 일련의 오리피스(4)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액상샘플 자동 분석장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 보울(C)의 상면을 조명하는 광원을 구비한 광검출스테이션(7); 및 상기 저면부 하면에 위치된 광-전자 검출기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액상샘플 자동 분석장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 필름(3)은 조사된 광빔의 균일성을 높이기 위해 적외선 빛의 확산에 적합한 재질로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액상샘플 자동 분석장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 오리피스(4)의 크기는 피펫의 크기, 오리피스의 위치 및 상기 보울의 소정 작업체적을 가로지르는 광빔의 세기의 희망 균일성에 기준하여 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액상샘플 자동 분석장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 보울(C)의 저면부는 외부 자기장에 의해 구동되는 공(BE)의 구름 이동 경로(rolling path)를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액상샘플 자동 분석장치.
- 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 오리피스(4)는 상기 공(BE)의 구름 이동 경로를 부분적으로 둘러싸고 있는 개구부의 형태를 가지며, 그 폭은 상기 공의 직경보다 약간 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 액상샘플 자동 분석장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 필름을 형성하는 재질은 흡수 특성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액상샘플 자동 분석장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 일련의 보울들은 피펫스테이션(6), 검출스테이션(7) 및 분석이 완료된 보울을 커팅하기 위한 스테이션(8)을 순서적으로 지나는 이동로를 따라 진행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액상샘플 자동 분석장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 분석이 완료된 보울(C)은 하나의 컨테이너(9)에 수집되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액상샘플 자동 분석장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 어깨부(R1, R2)는 구동벨트의 틈새부 사이에 기어연결 될 수 있는 형태를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 액상샘플 자동 분석장치.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 틈새부들은 일반적인 톱니형 래크에 대응하도록 원형으로 말린 형태를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 액상샘플 자동 분석장치.
- 제 10 항 또는 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 어깨부(R1, R2)는 긴 밑변이 상기 보울(C)과 일체적으로 형성된 사다리꼴의 형태를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 액상샘플 자동 분석장치.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 필름(3)의 가로변들에는, 그 사선면이 어깨부(R1, R2)의 사선면에 대해 직각으로 연장형성된 사다리꼴 절개부가 각 보울의 어깨부(R1, R2)들 사이에 대응하여 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액상샘플 자동 분석장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 검출스테이션(7)의 광원은 적외선 광원(26)이며, 상기 광전 검출기는 카메라인 것을 특징으로 하는 액상샘플 자동 분석장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 레일(5)에 고정된 광원의 지지부가 그 상면을 통해 보울(C)/필름(3)부를 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액상샘플 자동 분석장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 외부자계장은, 상기 보울의 가로면들에 대해 직각방향으로 가로 배치된 전자석수단(E1, E'1 - E2, E'2 - E3, E'3)에 의해 생성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액상샘플 자동 분석장치.
