Description
− ピペット15の予備洗浄,
− 円形コンベヤーCRlの容器RElのうちの1つに含まれる試料の投与量の採取,
− ピペットステーション6に位置するボウルCへの上記投与量の注入,
− ピペット15の洗浄,
− 円形コンベヤーCR2の容器RE2の1つに含まれる反応薬の投与量の採取,
− 上記反応薬のボウルCへの注入,
− 円形コンベヤーCR1,CR2に支持される容器REl,RE2に表示されたバーコードを読み取るバーコードリーダ23により自動的に実行される,分析する血液試料の識別および反応薬の識別。
− 円形コンベヤーCR1の容器RE1のバーコードを読みとる位置P1
− 円形コンベヤーCR2の容器RE2のバーコードを読みとる位置P2,および,
− オペレータによって読出ステーションに配置された容器を読み取るための位置であって,例えば,装置の機能の状況の範囲内でプロセッサにより利用される情報を登録する,位置P3である。
− ボウルより上に位置する赤外線の光源26,
− 光源により照射される球のイメージが投影される膜により支持されるボウルCの下に位置する負荷移動検出バー27(DTC)。
Claims (16)
- 液体試料の自動分析装置であって,前記装置は使い捨て用の一連のボウル(C)を有し,前記ボウルはそれぞれ,底部と,該底部に対向する1つの上面を有し,前記底部は,1つの開口と,該開口の平面のほぼ内側でボウルの両側に延長する2つの対向する肩部(Rl,R2)とを備え,上記ボウルは並列に配置され,前記肩部(Rl,R2)に固着する可撓性の膜(3)によって互いに接合され,少なくとも部分的に前記ボウル(C)の開口を被覆すると共に,前記膜(3)は,注入及び/又はサンプリング手段に非接触の連動を許容する寸法から成る前記ボウルの開口の右側にそれぞれ位置する一連のオリフィス(4)を有することを特徴とする装置。
- 前記ボウル(C)の上面および底部の下に配置された光電子検出器を照射する光源を導入する光学検出ステーション(7)を有する請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記膜(3)が,発光性ビームをより均質にする光の拡散材料から作られる請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記オリフィス(4)の寸法がピペットの寸法と位置,および前記ボウルの所定有効容積を横断する発光性ビームの強さの求められている均質性により測定される請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記ボウル(C)の前記底部が外部磁場により駆動される球(BE)の回転路を構成する請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記オリフィス(4)が部分的に前記球(BE)の前記回転路の中央に位置する矩形の開口の形状を有し,その幅が前記球の直径より僅かに小さい請求項4または5記載の装置。
- 前記膜を構成する材料が液体を吸収する性質を有する請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記一連のボウルがピペットステーション(6),検出ステーション(7)および,分析後の前記ボウルを切断するステーション(8)を連続的に通過する通路をたどる請求項1記載の装置。
- 分析後の前記ボウル(C)が一つのコンテナ(9)に回収される請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記肩部(Rl,R2)が駆動ベルトの切欠き部の間に噛合可能な形状を有する請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記切欠き部が通常の歯形のラックに対応する円形の輪郭にインボリュートを有する請求項10記載の装置。
- 前記肩部(Rl,R2)が,長い方の底辺が前記ボウル(C)と一体化した二等辺の台形の形状を有する請求項10または11記載の装置。
- 前記膜3の側端部が間隔を空けて,連続したボウルセットの台形型の前記肩部(Rl,R2)を有し,その斜めの端部が前記肩部(Rl,R2)の斜めの端部の右側に延長する請求項12記載の装置。
- 前記検出ステーション(7)の前記光源が赤外線の光源(26)であり,前記光電子検出器がカメラである請求項2記載の装置。
- レール(5)に固定した前記光源の支持体がその頂部で前記ボウル(C)/膜(3)ユニットを支持する請求項2記載の装置。
- 前記外部磁場が,前記一連のボウルの右側面に対して横方向に位置する電磁手段(E1,E'1−E2,E'2−E3,E'3)により生じる請求項5記載の装置。
