Claims (16)
- 복수의 제 1 신호선과 복수의 제 2 신호선의 교차부에 대응하여 복수의 단위 회로를 구비한 전자 장치로서,상기 복수의 단위 회로의 각각은,제 1 단자와 제 2 단자를 구비하고, 상기 제 1 단자에 인가되는 구동 전압, 또는 상기 제 1 단자와 상기 제 2 단자 사이에 흐르는 구동 전류에 의해 구동되는 전자 소자와,상기 구동 전압 또는 상기 구동 전류를 제어하는 능동 소자를 구비하며,상기 복수의 단위 회로는 상기 전자 소자 및 상기 능동 소자 중 적어도 어느 하나를 2개 이상 포함하는 단위 회로를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,복수의 전원선을 더 포함하고,상기 능동 소자는 상기 전자 소자와 상기 복수의 전원선의 대응하는 1개의 전원선 사이에 전기적으로 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 장치.
- 복수의 주사선과 복수의 데이터선의 교차부에 대응하여 복수의 화소 회로가 설치된 전기 광학 장치로서,상기 복수의 화소 회로의 각각은,제 1 단자와 제 2 단자를 구비하고, 상기 제 1 단자에 인가되는 구동 전압, 또는 상기 제 1 단자와 상기 제 2 단자 사이에 흐르는 구동 전류에 의해 구동되는 전기 광학 소자와,상기 구동 전압 또는 상기 구동 전류를 제어하는 능동 소자를 구비하며,상기 복수의 화소 회로는 상기 전기 광학 소자 및 상기 능동 소자 중 적어도 어느 하나를 2개 이상 포함하는 화소 회로를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 광학 장치.
- 복수의 주사선과 복수의 데이터선의 교차부에 대응하여 복수의 단위 화소가 설치된 전기 광학 장치로서,상기 복수의 단위 화소의 각각은,전기 광학 소자와,상기 전기 광학 소자에 공급되는 구동 전압 또는 구동 전류를 제어하는 제어용 전자 소자를 복수 포함하고,상기 복수의 단위 화소는 상기 전기 광학 소자와 전기적으로 절단(切斷)된 상기 제어용 전자 소자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 광학 장치.
- 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 전기 광학 소자의 각각은 EL 소자인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기광학 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 EL 소자는 유기 EL 소자인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 광학 장치.
- 복수의 주사선과 복수의 데이터선의 교차부에 대응하여 복수의 단위 화소가 설치된 전기 광학 장치로서,상기 복수의 단위 화소의 각각은 전기 광학 재료가 배치된 전기 광학 재료 배치 영역을 복수 포함하고,상기 복수의 단위 화소는 상기 복수의 전기 광학 재료 배치 영역 중 상기 전기 광학 재료가 기능을 발현(發現)하지 않는 전기 광학 재료 배치 영역을 포함하는 단위 화소를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 광학 장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 전기 광학 재료는 유기 재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 광학 장치.
- 투명 기판에,제 1 단자와 제 2 단자 사이에 공급되는 전압 레벨, 또는 상기 제 1 단자와 상기 제 2 단자 사이에 공급되는 전류 레벨에 의존하여, 광학 특성 또는 전기 특성이 변화하는 1개의 전자 회로를 구성하는 복수의 전자 소자를 형성하기 위한 소자형성 영역과,전기 신호에 따른 상기 전압 레벨 또는 상기 전류 레벨을 상기 각 전자 소자의 제 1 단자에 공급하는 상기 전자 회로를 구성하는 트랜지스터를 포함하는 구동 회로를 형성하는 회로 형성 영역을 구비하며,상기 소자 형성 영역의 중앙부에 배치하고, 그 소자 형성 영역의 주위에 상기 회로 형성 영역을 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 소자 기판.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 소자 형성 영역에는 전자 소자가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 소자 기판.
- 복수의 주사선과 복수의 데이터선의 교차부에 대응하여 복수의 단위 화소가 설치되고, 상기 복수의 단위 화소의 각각에 전기 광학 재료가 배치된 전기 광학 재료 배치 영역과, 상기 전기 광학 재료 배치 영역의 기능을 제어하는 복수의 능동 소자를 구비한 전기 광학 장치의 제조 방법에 있어서,상기 복수의 전기 광학 재료 배치 영역 중 기능을 발현하지 않는 전기 광학 재료 배치 영역과 상기 능동 소자의 전기적 접속을 절단하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 광학 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 전기 광학 재료 배치 영역과 상기 능동 소자의 전기적 접속의 절단은 레이저에 의해 행해지도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 광학 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 전자 장치를 실장(實裝)한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 기기.
- 제 3 항, 제 4 항 및 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 전기 광학 장치를 실장한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 기기.
- 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항에 기재된 소자 기판을 실장한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 기기.
- 제 11 항 또는 제 12 항에 기재된 전기 광학 장치의 제조 방법을 이용하여 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 기기.
