Claims (5)
- 다관능 성분을 함유하는 극한 점도 0.64∼0.80의 고점도 폴리에스테르(a)와, 이산화 티탄을 함유하는 극한 점도 0.50∼0.68의 저점도 폴리에스테르(b)를 중공 사이드 바이 사이드 구조로 복합 방사하되, 상기 고점도 폴리에스테르의 극한 점도(IVa)와 저점도 폴리에스테르의 극한 점도(IVb)의 차이(IVa-IVb)가 하기식(1)을 만족시키고, 상기 고점도 폴리에스테르의 용융 점도(MVa)와 저점도 폴리에스테르의 용융 점도(MVb)의 비(MVa/MVb)가 하기식(2)를 동시에 만족시키는 2종의 폴리에스테르계 폴리머를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고권축성 중공 복합 섬유의 제조 방법:0.05 ≤(IVa-IVb) ≤0.20 ··········· (1)1.5 ≤(MVa/MVb) ≤6.0 ··········· (2)
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다관능 성분은 폴리카르본산, 폴리올 및 폴리옥시카르본산으로 이루어진 군으로부터 하나 이상 선택되며, 그 함량은 상기 고점도 폴리에스테르에 대하여 10∼10,000ppm인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리카르본산은 트리멜리트산이고, 상기 폴리올은 펜타에리스리톨, 글리세린, 솔비톨 또는 트리메틸올 프로판인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 저점도 폴리에스테르 내의 이산화 티탄의 함량은 0.01∼3.0중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중공 복합 섬유의 중공율은 15% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
