Claims (5)
- 피소성물로부터 발생하는 바인더 휘발물을 함유한 가스를 흡입하는 다수의 구멍 또는 슬릿이 대략 전체길이에 걸쳐 형성된 관형상 또는 가늘고 긴 박스형상의 가스흡입부재를 로체 내의 상부에서 피소성물의 반송방향과 직교방향으로 설치하거나, 또는 로체 내의 측부에서 피소성물의 반송방향과 평행방향으로 설치하고, 이 가스흡입부재로부터 로체 밖으로 도출된 배기관로의 도중에, 상기 바인더 휘발물을 산화분해하는 촉매를 담지한 통기가능한 촉매담지체를 내장하는 배출가스 처리유닛을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 배출가스 처리유닛이 설치된 연속 소성로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 배출가스 처리유닛의 촉매담지체보다 가스도입구측에, 배출가스를 촉매의 활성화온도 이상으로 가열하는 보조히터를 내장한 것을 특징으로 하는 배출가스 처리유닛이 설치된 연속 소성로.
- 제2항에 있어서, 배출가스 처리유닛의 촉매담지체보다 가스도입구측에, 보조히터로 가열되는 배출가스의 온도를 제어하기 위한 제1온도센서를 설치함과 아울러, 배출가스 처리유닛의 촉매담지체보다 가스배출구측에, 처리후의 배출가스의 온도를 감시하기 위한 제2온도센서를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 배출가스 처리유닛이 설치된 연속 소성로.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 배출가스 처리유닛의 보조히터보다 가스도입구측에, 유량조절이 가능한 공기도입구를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 배출가스 처리유닛이 설치된 연속 소성로.
- 제2항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 배출가스 처리유닛의 촉매담지체보다 보조히터측에 필터를 내장한 것을 특징으로 하는 배출가스 처리유닛이 설치된 연속 소성로.
