Claims (4)
- 실질적으로 β-Si3N4상, Si2N2O상 및 Y2Si2O7상으로 구성되는 질화 규소질 소결체를 성형 가공하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열풍 유량 조정 밸브체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 질화 규소질 소결체의 조성이 0.1∼3질량%의 Si2N2O상, 4.9∼12질량%의 Y2Si2O7상 및 잔부가 β-Si3N4상으로 이루어지는 열풍 유량 조정 밸브체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 질화 규소질 소결체의 상대밀도가 95% 이상인 열풍유량 조정 밸브체.
- 산화이트륨(Y2O3) 3∼10질량%, 산화 규소(SiO2) 1∼5질량% 및 잔부가 질화 규소(Si3N4)로 이루어지는 혼합 분말을 성형하고, 상기 성형체를 질소 가스 분위기 중에서 1700∼2000℃의 온도범위에서 소결하고, 이하의 (a)∼(c)의 적어도 하나의 수단에 의하여 입계상으로서 Si2N2O상 및 Y2Si2O7상을 생성시킨 질화 규소질 소결체를 성형 가공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열풍 유량 조정 밸브체의 제조 방법.(a) 소결의 강온 과정에 있어서 강온 속도를 5℃/분 이하로 하는 것.(b) 소결의 강온 과정에 있어서, 1350∼1650℃의 온도범위에 있어서 2시간 이상 유지하는 것.(c) 소결후, 질소 분위기중 1350∼1650℃의 온도범위에 있어서 2시간 이상 유지의 재가열 처리를 하는 것.
