Claims (2)
- 열간사상압연된 저탄소강 열열연강판을 권취하는 권취기, 이 권취기 입측부에 설치된 핀치롤, 이 핀치롤 입측에 설치된 권취온도계 및 열연강판을 이동시키는 테일블 롤러를 포함하는 열간압연설비에서 저탄소강 열연강판을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,상기 핀치롤과 권취온도계사이에서 이송되는 열연강판의 저면을 냉각시키고, 그리고 권취되는 열연강판의 상면을 냉각시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 저탄소강 곱쇠흠방지방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 열연강판의 저면 및 상면의 냉각조건은 CT 온도 400℃ 이하에서는 FT 800 ℃ 까지, CT 온도 500℃ 이하에서는 FT 750 ℃ 까지, CT 온도 600℃ 이하에서는 FT 700℃ 까지의 열간압연의 조건범위를 충족하도록 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 저탄소강 곱쇠흠방지방법
