Abstract
Description
저탄소강에서 나타나는 항복점 연신현상은 일반적으로 스트립을 권취시 발생하는 현상으로 초기 스트립을 권취시에는 변형량이 증가하지만 스트립이 권취기 멘드렐에 완전히 감기는 순간에는 곡률반경이 최소가 되어 변형량은 최대가 된다.

Claims (2)
- 열간사상압연된 저탄소강 열연강판을 권취하는 권취기, 이 권취기 입측부에 설치된 핀치롤, 이 핀치롤 입측에 설치된 권취온도계 및 열연강판을 이동시키는 테이블 롤러를 포함하는 열간압연설비에서 저탄소강 열연강판을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,상기 핀치롤과 권취온도계사이에서 이송되는 열연강판의 저면을 언더 스프레이를 이용하여 먼저 냉각시킨 후, 권취되는 열연강판의 상면을 트렉 스프레이를 이용하여 냉각시키고, 그리고상기 열연강판의 저면 및 상면의 냉각조건은 CT 온도 400℃ 이하에서는 FT 800 ℃ 까지, CT 온도 500℃ 이하에서는 FT 750 ℃ 까지, CT 온도 600℃ 이하에서는 FT 700℃ 까지의 열간압연의 조건범위를 충족하도록 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 저탄소강 곱쇠흠방지방법.
