Claims (2)
- 아연도금욕조를 통과한 강판의 도금부착량을 조절하는 에어나이프가 구비되고, 그 상부에 합금화처리를 위한 열처리로가 구비되며, 합금화시의 비산화성 분위기 유지를 위한 실링박스가 구비된 합금화 용융아연도금강판 제조장치에 있어서,상기 실링박스(8) 내 에어나이프(5) 하부에 애쉬 제거를 위한 배기후드(9)가 설치되고, 아연도금욕조(3) 표면에 존재하는 애쉬 제거를 위한 메탈펌프(10)가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 합금화 용융아연도금강판 제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,에어나이프(5)의 상태를 파악할 수 있도록 하는 관찰창(11)이 상기 실링박스(8)의 적어도 일측에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 합금화 용융아연도금강판 제조장치.
