Claims (3)
- 0.04~0.60중량%의 탄소(C), 0.005~0.060중량%의 알루미늄(Al), 1.0~2.0중량%의 망간(Mn), 5~50ppm의 칼슘(Ca), 기타 불순물 및 나머지는 철을 함유하는 용강에 칼슘을 투입하는 방법으로서,나탕을 형성하면서 1차 레이들 하취를 실시하는 단계,칼슘을 투입하는 단계 및2차 레이들 하취를 실시하고, 상기 나탕 부위에 플럭스를 투입하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼슘 투입 방법.
- 제1항에서,상기 나탕의 크기는 100~200mm 인 것을 특징으로 하는 칼슘 투입 방법.
- 제1항에서,상기 플럭스는 생석회(CaO), 레이들 슬래그(LSA), 형석(CaF2), 알루미나(Al2O3) 및 B-플럭스(B-Flux) 중에서 선택한 1 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 칼슘 투입 방법.
