- 교환 장치이며,a) 코드로 구성되고 비환상을 갖는 그룹으로부터 선택된 구조를 갖고, 두 개의 단부와 이들 사이를 통과하는 중공부를 각각 갖는 복수의 열가소성 중공 튜브를 포함하고,b) 상기 중공 튜브의 상기 단부 중 적어도 하나는 적어도 그의 주연부에서 열가소성 수지를 통해 용융 결합되어 단일화된 말단부 블록을 형성하고, 단일화된 말단부 블록 내에서 상기 중공 튜브의 단부들은 열가소성 수지에 의해 융합되는 방식으로 서로 유체 밀봉되게 결합되고,c) 상기 단일화된 말단부 블록은 상기 튜브의 결합되지 않은 부분의 중공부와의 관통 구멍 연통부를 갖고,d) 상기 단일화된 말단부 블록은 제1 유체를 상기 중공 튜브로 공급하기 위한 제1 유체 입구 연결부와, 상기 제1 유체를 상기 중공 튜브로부터 제거하기 위한 제1 유체 출구 연결부를 갖고,e) 상기 중공 튜브를 포함하는 상기 단일화된 말단부 블록 중 적어도 하나에 용융 결합된 하우징을 추가로 포함하고,f) 상기 하우징은 하우징을 통해 제2 유체를 전달하는 적어도 하나의 연결 포트를 갖는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 열가소성 중공 튜브는 비환상인 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 중공 튜브는 코드로 합연되는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 중공 튜브는 코드로 합연되고, 코드는 합연부를 고정하도록 열 어닐링되는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중공 튜브는 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌-코-퍼플루오로메틸비닐에테르, 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌-코-퍼플루오로프로필비닐에테르, 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌-코-헥사플루오로프로필렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리메틸펜텐, 및 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 열가소성 수지 또는 그의 혼합물로 구성되는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 중공 튜브는 다공성인 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 튜브는 열 전도성 재료로 함침되는 장치.
- 교환 장치의 제조 방법이며,a) 제1 단부 및 제2 단부를 갖고 적어도 하나의 코드를 형성하도록 합연된 복수의 열가소성 중공 튜브로 구성된 다발을 형성하는 단계와,b) 열가소성 중공 튜브의 하나 이상의 상기 다발의 제1 단부를 제1 단일화된 말단부 블록을 형성하도록 열가소성 수지와 융합시키는 단계와,c) 열가소성 중공 튜브의 하나 이상의 상기 다발의 제2 단부를 제2 단일화된 말단부 블록을 형성하도록 열가소성 수지와 융합시키는 단계와,d) 열가소성 수지와 융합된 중공 튜브를 통한 유체 유동을 제공하기 위해 제1 및 제2 단일화된 말단부 블록의 튜브 단부를 개방하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 튜브는 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌-코-퍼플루오로메틸비닐에테르, 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌-코-퍼플루오로프로필비닐에테르, 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌-코-헥사플루오로프로필렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리메틸펜텐, 및 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 열가소성 수지 또는 그의 혼합물로 구성되는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지에 융합된 상기 중공 튜브의 개방 단부는 중공 튜브의 결합되지 않은 부분과 대체로 동일한 단면을 갖는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 코드 내의 튜브의 합연부를 고정하기 위해 코드를 열가소성 중공 튜브의 융점 아래에서 어닐링하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 어닐링된 코드는 개별적인 열가소성 중공 튜브로 분리되고, 그 다음 비환상의 중공 튜브의 다발로서 열가소성 수지와 결합되는 방법.

- 제1 유체로부터 제2 유체로의 열 전달을 위한 제1항의 교환 장치의 사용 방법이며,a) 제1 유체를 상기 중공 튜브의 제1 측면 상에서 유동시키는 단계와,b) 제2 유체를 상기 중공 튜브의 제2 측면 상에서 유동시키는 단계와,c) 열가소성 중공 튜브의 벽을 통해 상기 제1 및 제2 유체들 사이에서 에너지를 전달하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
