Claims (51)
- 금형 또는 금형 절반의 주형 표면을 피복 유효량의 고분자량 피복 조성물로 피복하는 단계(a),하이드로겔 단량체, 실리콘 함유 하이드로겔 단량체 또는 이들의 배합물을 금형 또는 금형 절반에 분산시키는 단계(b) 및약 5분 미만의 체류 시간을 사용하여 피복 조성물로 피복된 제품을 형성하기에 적합한 조건하에 단량체 혼합물과 피복 조성물을 경화시키는 단계(c)를 포함하는, 제품의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제품이 콘택트 렌즈인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단량체 혼합물이 하이드로겔을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단량체 혼합물이 실리콘 하이드로겔 단량체를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피복 조성물의 분자량이 약 300kD를 초과하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 체류 시간이 약 45초 미만인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 체류 시간이 약 45초 미만인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피복 조성물이 저비점 용매와 고비점 용매를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 주형 표면의 피복이 스핀 피복으로 실시되는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 스핀 피복이 약 2 내지 약 20㎕의 피복 조성물을 사용하여 실시되는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 스핀 피복 단계에 이어서, 금형 가장자리에 가압 공기 제트를 적용하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항, 제6항, 제7항 및 제9항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 방법으로 형성한 제품.
- 제2항의 방법으로 형성한 콘택트 렌즈.
- 금형 또는 금형 절반의 주형 표면을 피복 유효량의 고분자량 친수성 피복 조성물로 피복하는 단계(a),하이드로겔 단량체, 실리콘 함유 하이드로겔 단량체 또는 이들의 배합물을 금형 또는 금형 절반에 분산시키는 단계(b) 및약 5분 미만의 체류 시간을 사용하여 피복 조성물로 피복된 제품을 형성하기에 적합한 조건하에 단량체 혼합물과 피복 조성물을 경화시키는 단계(c)를 포함하는, 제품의 제조방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 제품이 콘택트 렌즈인 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 단량체 혼합물이 하이드로겔 단량체를 포함하는 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 단량체 혼합물이 실리콘 하이드로겔 단량체를 포함하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 체류 시간이 약 45초 미만인 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 실리콘 하이드로겔 단량체 혼합물이 실리콘계 마크로머 그룹 이동 중합 생성물과, Si8-10모노메타크릴옥시 말단화 폴리디메틸 실록산, Si8-10모노메타크릴옥시 말단화 폴리디메틸 실록산 이외의 폴리디메틸실록산 및 친수성단량체로 이루어진 중합가능한 혼합물과의 반응 생성물을 포함하는 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 실리콘 하이드로겔 단량체 혼합물이 마크로머 약 15 내지 약 25중량%, Si8-10모노메타크릴옥시 말단화 폴리디메틸 실록산 약 20 내지 약 30중량%, 메타크릴옥시프로필 트리스(트리메틸 실록시)실란 약 15 내지 약 25중량%, N,N-디메틸 아크릴아미드 약 20 내지 약 30중량%, 2-하이드록시 에틸 메타크릴레이트 약 2 내지 약 7중량%, 테트라에틸렌글리콜 디메타크릴레이트 약 0 내지 약 5중량% 및 폴리(N-비닐 피롤리디논) 약 0 내지 약 5중량%를 포함하는 방법.
- 제14항 내지 제20항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 피복 조성물이 폴리(비닐 알콜), 폴리에틸렌 옥사이드, 폴리(2-하이드록시에틸 메타크릴레이트), 폴리(아크릴산), 폴리(메타크릴산), 폴리(말레산), 폴리(이타콘산), 폴리(아크릴아미드), 폴리(디메틸아크릴아미드), 카복시메틸화 중합체, 폴리스티렌 설폰산, 폴리설포네이트 중합체, 폴리사카라이드, 글루코즈 아미노 글리칸, 이들의 블록 또는 랜덤 공중합체, 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 방법.
- 제21항에 있어서, 피복 조성물이 폴리(2-하이드록시에틸 메타크릴레이트)를 포함하는 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 피복 조성물이 저비점 용매와 고비점 용매를 추가로 포함하는 방법.

- 제14항의 방법으로 형성한 제품.
- 제15항, 제18항, 제19항 및 제20항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 방법으로 형성한 콘택트 렌즈.
- 제21항의 방법으로 형성한 콘택트 렌즈.
- 제22항의 방법으로 형성한 콘택트 렌즈.
- 금형 또는 금형 절반의 주형 표면을, 분자량이 약 300kD을 초과하는 피복 유효량의 친수성 피복 조성물로 피복하는 단계(a),하이드로겔 단량체, 실리콘 함유 하이드로겔 단량체 또는 이들의 배합물을 금형 또는 금형 절반에 분산시키는 단계(b) 및약 45초 미만의 체류 시간을 사용하여 피복 조성물로 피복된 콘택트 렌즈의 형성에 적합한 조건하에 단량체 혼합물과 피복 조성물을 경화시키는 단계(c)를 포함하는, 생리학적 적합성을 나타내는 콘택트 렌즈의 제조방법.
- 제31항에 있어서, 단량체 혼합물이 하이드로겔 단량체를 포함하는 방법.
- 제31항에 있어서, 단량체 혼합물이 실리콘 하이드로겔 단량체를 포함하는 방법.
- 제33항에 있어서, 실리콘 하이드로겔 단량체 혼합물이 실리콘계 마크로머 그룹 이동 중합 생성물과, Si8-10모노메타크릴옥시 말단화 폴리디메틸 실록산, Si8-10모노메타크릴옥시 말단화 폴리디메틸 실록산 이외의 폴리디메틸실록산 및 친수성 단량체로 이루어진 중합가능한 혼합물과의 반응 생성물을 포함하는 방법.
- 제34항에 있어서, 실리콘 하이드로겔 단량체 혼합물이 마크로머 약 15 내지약 25중량%, Si8-10모노메타크릴옥시 말단화 폴리디메틸 실록산 약 20 내지 약 30중량%, 메타크릴옥시프로필 트리스(트리메틸 실록시)실란 약 15 내지 약 25중량%, N,N-디메틸 아크릴아미드 약 20 내지 약 30중량%, 2-하이드록시 에틸 메타크릴레이트 약 2 내지 약 7중량%, 테트라에틸렌글리콜 디메타크릴레이트 약 0 내지 약 5중량% 및 폴리(N-비닐 피롤리디논) 약 0 내지 약 5중량%를 포함하는 방법.
- 제31항 내지 제35항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 피복 조성물이 폴리(비닐 알콜), 폴리에틸렌 옥사이드, 폴리(2-하이드록시에틸 메타크릴레이트), 폴리(아크릴산), 폴리(메타크릴산), 폴리(말레산), 폴리(이타콘산), 폴리(아크릴아미드), 폴리(디메틸아크릴아미드), 카복시메틸화 중합체, 폴리스티렌 설폰산, 폴리설포네이트 중합체, 폴리사카라이드, 글루코즈 아미노 글리칸, 이들의 블록 또는 랜덤 공중합체, 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 방법.
