Description
Claims (10)
- 적어도 하기 단계들, 즉(1) 프로펜을 하나 이상의 히드로퍼옥사이드로 에폭시화시켜서 프로필렌 옥사이드를 생성시키는 단계;(2) 단계 (1)로부터 얻어지는 프로필렌 옥사이드 또는 단계 (1)로부터 얻어지는 프로필렌 옥사이드와 하나 이상의 추가 알킬렌 옥사이드와의 혼합물을, 촉매로서 하나 이상의 다중금속 시아나이드 화합물을 사용하여 반응시킴으로써 폴리에테르 알콜을 생성시키는 단계;(3) 단계 (2)로부터 얻어지는 폴리에테르 알콜을 하나 이상의 이소시아네이트와 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는 폴리우레탄의 통합 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서. 단계 (1)에서 사용된 히드로퍼옥사이드가 과산화수소인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 단계 (1)로부터 얻어지는 프로필렌 옥사이드는 〈 1 ppm의 C6 성분을 함유하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 단계 (1)에 따른 에폭시화는티탄 함유 제올라이드 촉매의 존재 하에 실시하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 다중금속 시아나이드 화합물은 아연, 코발트 또는 철이나 또는 이들 중 2가지를 함유하는 것인 방법.
- 적어도 하기 단계들, 즉(1) 프로펜을 하나 이상의 히드로퍼옥사이드로 에폭시화시켜서 프로필렌 옥사이드를 생성시키는 단계;(2) 단계 (1)로부터 얻어지는 프로필렌 옥사이드 또는 단계 (1)로부터 얻어지는 프로필렌 옥사이드와 하나 이상의 추가 알킬렌 옥사이드의 혼합물을, 촉매로서 하나 이상의 다중금속 시아나이드 화합물을 사용하여 반응시킴으로써 폴리에테르 알콜을 생성시키는 단계;(3) 단계 (2)로부터 얻어지는 폴리에테르 알콜을 하나 이상의 이소시아네이트와 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는 통합 제조 방법에 의해 얻을 수 있는 폴리우레탄.
- 제6항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄의 제조에 사용되고 단계 (2)에 따라 얻을 수 있 폴리에테르 알콜은 에틸렌 옥사이드 단위/프로필렌 옥사이드 단위의 하나 이상의 혼성 블록을 갖는 것인 방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄의 제조에 사용되고 단계 (2)에 따라 얻을 수 있는 폴리에테르 알콜은 하나 이상의 말단 프로필렌 옥사이드 블록을 갖는 것인 방법.
- 적어도 하기 단계들, 즉(1) 프로펜을 하나 이상의 히드로퍼옥사이드로 에폭시화시켜서 프로필렌 옥사이드를 생성시키는 단계;(2) 단계 (1)로부터 얻어지는 프로필렌 옥사이드 또는 단계 (1)로부터 얻어지는 프로필렌 옥사이드와 하나 이상의 추가 알킬렌 옥사이드의 혼합물을, 촉매로서 하나 이상의 다중금속 시아나이드 화합물을 사용하여 반응시킴으로써 폴리에테르 알콜을 생성시키는 단계;(3) 단계 (2)로부터 얻어지는 폴리에테르 알콜을 하나 이상의 이소시아네이트와 반응시키는 단계;(4) 단계 (3)에 따른 반응에 의해 얻어지는 폴리우레탄을 포우밍 처리하는 단계를 포함하는 통합 제조 방법에 의해 얻을 수 있는 폴리우레탄 포움.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 기재된 통합 제조 방법에 의해 제조될 수 있는 폴리우레탄 또는 제6항 내지 제8항 중 어느 하나의 항에 기재된 폴리우레탄 또는 제9항에 기재된 폴리우레탄 포움을 포함하는 모울딩.
