Abstract

Un procedimiento integrado para la preparación de un poliuretano, que comprende por lo menos los siguientes pasos: (1) epoxidación de propeno con por lo menos un hidroperóxido para dar óxido de propileno; (2) reacción del óxido de propileno del paso (1) o una mezcla del óxido de propileno del paso (1) y por lo menos un óxido de alquileno más para dar un alcohol de poliéter, usando por lo menos un compuesto de cianuro multimetálico como un catalizador; (3) reacción de un alcohol de poliéter del paso (2) con por lo menos un isocianato; y poliuretanos que pueden ser preparados por medio de un nuevo procedimiento y piezas moldeadas que contienen un nuevo poliuretano.
