Abstract
Description
Claims (4)
- 프레스 성형에 의해 형성된 디스크형의 양극 활물질 펠렛 및, 디스크형의 음극 활물질 펠렛;상기 양극 활물질 펠렛과 음극 활물질 펠렛을 상호 절연시키는 세퍼레이터;상기 양극 활물질 펠렛, 음극 활물질 펠렛 및, 세퍼레이터를 감싸는 필름 외장재;상기 양극 활물질 펠렛 및, 상기 음극 활물질 펠렛에 대하여 각각 연결되어 상기 필름 외장재의 외부로 연장되는 양극 리이드 및, 음극 리이드;를 구비하는 버튼형 및 코인형 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 양극 활물질 펠렛이 접합되는 디스크형 알루미늄 집전체와, 상기 음극활물질 펠렛이 접합되는 디스크형 구리 집전체를 더 구비하고, 상기 양극 리이드는 상기 디스크형 알루미늄 집전체에 용접되고 상기 음극 리이드는 상기 디스크형 구리 집전체에 용접되는 것을 특징으로 하는 버튼형 및 코인형 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 필름 외장재는 원통형으로 형성된 상부 필름 외장재 및, 상기 상부 필름 외장재의 저면 가장자리에 대응하는 평면 형상을 가진 하부 필름 외장재를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 버튼형 및 코인형 전지.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 양극 리이드 및, 음극 리이드는 상기 상부 필름 외장재와 상기 하부 필름 외장재의 접합면을 통해 외부로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 버튼형 및 코인형 전지.
