Claims (8)
- 전원으로부터의 전류를 EL 소자에 공급하는 구동 트랜지스터를 포함하고, 이 구동 트랜지스터를 제어하여 EL 소자의 발광을 제어하는 표시 구동 회로로서,발광량에 대한 데이터에 따른 전류에 의해 구동되는 데이터 라인과,발광시키는 EL 소자를 선택하는 선택 신호에 의해 구동되는 게이트 라인과,상기 데이터 라인에 일단이 접속되고, 게이트가 상기 게이트 라인에 접속된 선택 트랜지스터와,이 선택 트랜지스터의 타단에 일단이 접속되고, 타단이 전원에 접속됨과 함께, 게이트가 상기 구동 트랜지스터의 게이트에 접속된 전압 변환 트랜지스터와,상기 선택 트랜지스터의 타단과, 상기 전압 변환 트랜지스터의 게이트를 접속함과 함께, 게이트가 상기 게이트 라인에 접속된 단락 트랜지스터와,상기 구동 트랜지스터의 게이트에 일단이 접속되고, 타단이 전원에 접속되고, 게이트가 소거 라인에 접속된 소거 트랜지스터와,구동 트랜지스터의 게이트에 접속되어 전압을 유지하는 컨덴서를 포함하고,상기 데이터 라인을 데이터에 따른 전류로 구동함과 함께, 상기 게이트 라인을 구동하여 상기 선택 트랜지스터, 단락 트랜지스터를 온 상태로 하여 상기 전압 변환 트랜지스터에 데이터에 따른 전류를 흘리고, 이에 의해 상기 컨덴서를 데이터에 따른 전압으로 충전하고, 이 컨덴서의 충전 전압에 따른 전류를 구동 트랜지스터를 통하여 EL 소자에 흘리고, 또한 소정의 발광 기간의 경과 후에 상기 소거 라인을 구동함으로써 상기 소거 트랜지스터를 온 상태로 하여 상기 컨덴서로부터 방전하는 표시 구동 회로.
- 전원으로부터의 전류를 EL 소자에 공급하는 구동 트랜지스터를 포함하고, 이 구동 트랜지스터를 제어하여 EL 소자의 발광을 제어하는 표시 구동 회로로서,발광량에 대한 데이터에 따른 전류에 의해 구동되는 데이터 라인과,발광시키는 EL 소자를 선택하는 선택 신호에 의해 구동되는 게이트 라인과,상기 데이터 라인에 일단이 접속되고, 게이트가 상기 게이트 라인에 접속된 선택 트랜지스터와,이 선택 트랜지스터의 타단에 일단이 접속되고, 타단이 전원에 접속됨과 함께, 게이트가 상기 구동 트랜지스터의 게이트에 접속된 전압 변환 트랜지스터와,상기 선택 트랜지스터의 타단과, 상기 전압 변환 트랜지스터의 게이트를 접속함과 함께, 게이트에 기입 타이밍 신호를 받아들이는 단락 트랜지스터와,상기 구동 트랜지스터의 게이트에 일단이 접속되고, 타단이 전원에 접속되고, 게이트가 소거 라인에 접속된 소거 트랜지스터와,구동 트랜지스터의 게이트에 접속되어 전압을 유지하는 컨덴서를 포함하고,상기 데이터 라인을 데이터에 따른 전류로 구동함과 함께, 상기 게이트 라인을 구동하여 상기 선택 트랜지스터를 온 상태로 하고, 또한 기입 타이밍 신호에 의해 단락 트랜지스터를 온 상태로 하여 상기 전압 변환 트랜지스터에 데이터에 따른 전류를 흘리고, 이에 의해 상기 컨덴서를 데이터에 따른 전압으로 충전하여, 이 컨덴서의 충전 전압에 따른 전류를 구동 트랜지스터를 통하여 EL 소자에 흘리고, 또한 소정의 발광 기간의 경과 후에 상기 소거 라인을 구동함으로써 상기 소거 트랜지스터를 온 상태로 하여 상기 컨덴서로부터 방전하는 표시 구동 회로.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 기입 타이밍 신호는 상기 선택 신호에 의한 선택과 동일한 타이밍에서, 기입 레벨이 되고, 또한 선택 신호가 선택 상태를 유지하고 있는 기간 내의 종료 이전에 비기입 레벨로 변화하는 표시 구동 회로.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 기입 타이밍 신호는 상기 게이트 라인과 병설되는 기입 라인으로부터 공급되는 표시 구동 회로.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 구동 트랜지스터, 전압 변환 트랜지스터, 및 소거 트랜지스터는 p 채널 트랜지스터이고, 상기 선택 트랜지스터 및 단락 트랜지스터는 n 채널 트랜지스터인 표시 구동 회로.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 구동 트랜지스터, 전압 변환 트랜지스터, 소거 트랜지스터, 선택 트랜지스터 및 단락 트랜지스터는 전부 n 채널 트랜지스터인 표시 구동 회로.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 구동 트랜지스터, 전압 변환 트랜지스터, 소거 트랜지스터, 선택 트랜지스터 및 단락 트랜지스터는 전부 p 채널 트랜지스터인 표시 구동 회로.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 구동 트랜지스터, 전압 변환 트랜지스터, 소거 트랜지스터, 선택 트랜지스터 및 단락 트랜지스터는 전부 화소마다 형성된 EL 소자에 대응하여 화소마다 형성되고, 또한 화소가 매트릭스 형상으로 배치되고, 게이트 라인이 행 방향으로 배치되고, 데이터 라인이 열 방향으로 배치되어 있는 표시 구동 회로.
