Claims (3)
- 다극 착자되고, 회전축에 동기하여 회전하는 이동체와,상기 회전하는 이동체의 자계의 변화를 검출하는 자기 저항 소자와,상기 자계의 변화에 의한 상기 자기 저항 소자의 저항치의 변화에 의거하여, 상기 이동체의 다극 착자에 대응한 신호를 출력하는 처리 회로부와,상기 자기 저항 소자에 바이어스 자계를 인가하는 자석을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 검출 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 처리 회로부는 상기 자석의 착자 방향의 위에 마련되고,상기 자기 저항 소자는 상기 자석의 착자 방향의 중심선으로부터 소정의 거리만큼 떨어져 상기 처리 회로부상에 마련되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 검출 장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 자기 저항 소자가 마련되어 있는 소정의 거리 방향은 상기 이동체측인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 검출 장치.
