Claims (3)
- 외주면에 링형상으로 다극 착자되고, 회전축에 동기하여 회전하는 원판형상의 이동체와,상기 회전하는 이동체의 주위에 마련되며, 상기 이동체의 자계의 변화를 검출하는 자기 저항 소자와,상기 자계의 변화에 의한 상기 자기 저항 소자의 저항치의 변화에 의거하여, 상기 이동체의 다극 착자에 대응한 신호를 출력하는 처리 회로부와,상기 자기 저항 소자에 바이어스 자계를 인가하는 자석을 구비하고,상기 처리 회로부는 상기 자석의 착자 방향의 바로 위에 마련되고,상기 자기 저항 소자는 상기 이동체의 회전축에 평행한 상기 자석의 착자 방향의 중심선으로부터 상기 이동체 측에 소정의 거리만큼 떨어져 상기 처리 회로부상에 마련되며,상기 자석이 상기 자기 저항 소자에 인가하는 바이어스 자계는, 상기 이동체가 상기 자기 저항 소자에 인가하는 자계보다도 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 검출 장치.
