Claims (10)
- (A-1) 옥시드가 실리콘, 알루미늄, 지르코늄, 티탄, 아연, 게르마늄, 인듐, 주석, 안티몬 및 세륨으로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 적어도 1개의 원소의 옥시드인, 침상 옥시드 입자,(B) 2개 이상의 중합가능한 불포화기를 갖는 화합물,(C) 광중합 개시제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 수지 조성물.
- (A-1) 옥시드가 실리콘, 알루미늄, 지르코늄, 티탄, 아연, 게르마늄, 인듐, 주석, 안티몬 및 세륨으로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 적어도 1개의 원소의 옥시드인, 침상 옥시드 입자,(A-2) 침상 옥시드 입자 (A-1) 이외의 옥시드 입자로서, 옥시드가 실리콘, 알루미늄, 지르코늄, 티탄, 아연, 게르마늄, 인듐, 주석, 안티몬 및 세륨으로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 적어도 1개의 원소의 옥시드인 옥시드 입자,(B) 2개 이상의 중합가능한 불포화기를 갖는 화합물,(C) 광중합 개시제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 수지 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,입자 (A-1)과 입자 (A-2)의 총중량에 의해서 나누어지는 입자 (A-1)의 중량으로 정의되는, (A-1) 과 (A-2)의 중량비는 0.2 내지 0.9 사이의 값인 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 입자(A)는 표면-처리된 침상 옥시드 입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 입자(A)는 표면-처리된 침상 안티몬-함유 주석 옥시드 입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 수지 조성물.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 입자(A-2)는 표면-처리된 옥시드 입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 수지 조성물.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 입자(A-2)는 표면-처리된 지르코늄 옥시드 입자 또는 안티몬-함유 주석 옥시드 입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 경화성 조성물을 경화함에 의해서 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 경화 생성물.
- 기재에 제 8 항에 따른 경화 생성물의 층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 재료.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 경화 생성물 층의 두께는 0.05-20㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 재료.
