Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- 가스 스트림 내에 질소산화물의 화학적 전환을 위한 병렬흐름 기상 반응기에 있어서:a) 내부와 외부 표면, 질소산화물의 초기 농도를 갖는 유입가스 스트림을 받는 가스 스트림 입구, 상기 유입가스 스트림보다 상대적으로 질소산화물의 농도가 감소된 처리된 가스가 방출되는 가스 스트림 출구를 갖는 반응기 셸;b) 환원제를 상기 유입가스 스트림내에 도입하는 분사기; 및c) 상기 반응기 셸내의 대략 평판인 복수개의 촉매층들, 각 촉매층은 상기 유입가스 스트림에서 질소 산화물의 선택적 촉매 환원을 통하여 감소된 질소산화물 농도를 가진 처리된 가스를 공급하기 위한 적어도 하나의 질소산화물 전환 촉매를 포함하며, 상기 촉매층은 대체로 평행하게 배열되어 있고, 서로 상기 각 촉매층은 분리되어 있고, 상기 반응기 셸의 상기 내부 표면과 분리되어 그들 사이에 가스 흐름 통로들를 가지며, 상기 통로들의 각각은 적어도 하나의 촉매층을 통하는 유입 가스 스트림 및 처리된 가스가 가스 스트림 출구로 향하도록 내부에 가스 스트림 변류기(deflector)를 포함하고, 각 촉매층은 단일층 또는 85% 이상의 공극율을 갖는 메쉬형 구조 위에 담지된 촉매를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 병렬흐름 기상 반응기.
- 제 1항 있어서,상기 분사기는 상기 반응기 셸 내의 상기 가스 스트림 입구의 상류측에 위치한 분사기 격자인 것을 특징으로 하는 병렬흐름 기상 반응기.
- 제 1항 있어서,상기 반응기 셸 내에 유입 가스 스트림의 압력을 증가시키기 위한 팬을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 병렬흐름 기상 반응기.
- 제 1항 있어서,상기 각 가스 흐름 통로는 하류단과 상류단을 가지며, 상기 각 가스 흐름 통로에 위치한 상기 변류기는 일 촉매층의 상기 하류단의 가장자리에서 인접한 다른 촉매층의 상기 상류단의 가장자리로 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 병렬흐름 기상 반응기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 각 가스 흐름 통로는 하류단과 상류단을 가지며, 상기 하류단 및 상류단중의 하나는 열려있고, 상기 하류단 및 상류단의 나머지는 상기 변류기에 의해막혀있으며, 그 밖의 모든 가스 흐름 통로는 상기 하류단에서 막혀있는 것을 특징으로 하는 병렬흐름 기상 반응기.
- 제 1항 있어서,d) 질소 산화물을 함유한 배연가스를 생성하는 로; 및e) 상기 로에서 배연가스를 상기 반응기 셸의 가스 스트림 입구로 이송하기 위한 관을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 병렬흐름 기상 반응기.
- 제 1항 있어서,상기 각 촉매층은 단일체인 것을 특징으로 하는 병렬흐름 기상 반응기.
- 제 1항 있어서,상기 각 촉매층은 약 85%이상의 공극율을 가지는 메쉬형 구조에 담지된 촉매를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 병렬흐름 기상 반응기.
- 가스속에서 질소산화물의 선택적 촉매 환원 방법에 있어서:a) 환원제를 포함하는 가스 스트림은 상기 환원제에 의해 질소 산화물의 촉매 환원을 할 수 있도록 충분히 온도를 유지하고, 질소 산화물을 함유한 가스 스트림 속으로 환원제를 도입하는 단계; 및b) 환원제를 포함하는 가스 스트림은 대략 평판인 복수개의 촉매층을 통과하는 단계, 각 촉매층은 환원제 존재하에서 질소산화물의 선택적 촉매 환원에 효과적인 적어도 하나의 질소산화물 전환 촉매를 포함하며, 여기서 가스 스트림은 복수개의 부분으로 분기되며, 각 부분은 해당되는 각 촉매층을 통과하며, 각 촉매층은 단일체 또는 약 85% 이상의 공극율을 가지는 메쉬형 구조에 담지된 촉매를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질소 산화물의 선택적 촉매 환원 방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서,각 촉매층은 단일체인 것을 특징으로 하는 질소 산화물의 선택적 촉매 환원 방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서,각 촉매층은 약 85% 이상의 공극율을 가지는 메쉬형 구조에 담지된 촉매를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질소 산화물의 선택적 촉매 환원 방법.
