Claims (10)
- -브롬 및(또는) 브롬 화합물 및(또는) 여러 브롬 화합물의 혼합물을 적절하다면 다단계 노 및(또는) 노 하류의 설비 구역 내 굴뚝 가스에 공급하고, 브롬 화합물의 굴뚝 가스와의 제 1 접촉 도중의 온도는 500℃ 이상, 바람직하게는 800℃ 이상이며,-황 및(또는) 황 화합물 및(또는) 여러 황 화합물의 혼합물을 첨가하거나 첨가하지 않고, 연소를 황 화합물, 특히 이산화황 존재 하에 수행한 다음,-적절하다면 굴뚝 가스로부터 수은을 제거하기 위한 다단계 세척기로 굴뚝 가스를 보내며, 세척기는 습윤 스크러버(scrubber) 및(또는) 건조 세척기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 고온 설비, 특히 발전소 및 폐기물 소각 설비의 굴뚝 가스로부터 수은을 제거하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 브롬 화합물이 브롬화 수소 및(또는) 알칼리금속 브롬화물, 특히 브롬화 나트륨의 수용액 및(또는) 알칼리 금속 브롬화물의 수용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 브롬 화합물 및(또는) 브롬 화합물의 혼합물이 액체 및(또는) 고체 고-브롬 폐기물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 브롬 및(또는) 브롬 화합물 및(또는) 브롬 화합물의 혼합물을 연소 공기 및(또는) 적절하다면 재순환 서브스트림(substream), 특히 재순환 굴뚝 가스 및 재순환 플라이 애쉬(fly ash)에 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 브롬 대 수은의 질량비가 102내지 104의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 연소를 추가로 염소 및(또는) 염소 화합물 및(또는) 여러 염소 화합물의 혼합물 및(또는) 요드 및(또는) 요드 화합물 및(또는) 여러 요드 화합물 혼합물의 존재 하에 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 굴뚝 가스 방출 조절 시스템이 1개 이상의 강산성 세척 단계 및(또는) 1개 이상의 약산성 및(또는) 알칼리성 세척 단계를 갖는 다단계 습윤 굴뚝 가스 스크러버를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 굴뚝 가스 방출 조절시스템이 1개 이상의 건조 또는 반건조 흡수를 기본으로 하는 방출 조절 단계, 특히 전기 또는 분진 여과 분리기를 사용하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 존재하는 임의의 분진 분리기로부터의 수은을 포함하는 플라이 애쉬에 2차 열처리를, 특히 200℃ 이상의 온도로 가열된 회전 드럼 중에서 수행하여 수은 함량을 감소시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 굴뚝 가스의 수은 함량, 특히 금속 수은 함량을 상기 굴뚝 가스 방출 조절 시스템의 하류에서 측정된 수은 함량을 기준으로 하여 연속적으로 측정하며 공급된 상기 브롬 및(또는) 브롬 화합물 및 임의의 공급된 상기 황 및(또는) 황 화합물의 양을 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
