Claims (7)
- 베이스수지로서 가교성분인 EVA va content 5~25%;경도 유지재인 PE 30~60중량%;필러인 carbon black, 탄산칼슘 등 15~30중량%;가교보조성인 아연화 및 zinc stearin산 1~5중량%;를 주재로하고,가교제로서 peroxide(alkyl, dialkyl,butyl)가 0.3~2중량%;발포제(azo,nitroso,slfonyl hydrazides 및 무기발포제(sodiumbicarbonate)) 1~8 중량%;를 부재로서 포함시켜 단일발포체로서 신발의 부품을 제공하는 가교탄성체 콜크스펀지 조성물.
- 베이스수지로서 가교성분인 EVA va content 5~25%;경도 유지재료인 PE 30~60중량%;필러인 carbon black, 탄산칼슘 등 15~30중량%;가교보조성분인 아연화 및 zinc stearin산 1~5중량%를;주재로서 120~150℃로 10~30분간 혼련하고,상기 혼련된 주재;가교제인 peroxide(alkyl, dialkyl,butyl) 0.3~2중량%;발포제(azo,nitroso,sulfonyl hydrazides 및 무기발포제(sodiumbicarbonate))1~8 중량%;를 120~150℃ 용융하고 시트상으로 압출하여 재료를 정련하고,상기 정련된 재료를 용융 압출하면서 절단하고 냉각시켜;얻는 콜크스펀지 제조용 조성물 패럿.
- 베이스수지로서 가교성분인 EVA va content가 5~25%; 경도 유지재료로서 PE는 30~60중량%; 필러로서 carbon black, 탄산칼슘 등이 15~30중량%; 가교보조성분으로 아연화 및 zinc stearin산이 1~5중량%; 로 되는 주재를 70~150℃로 5~30분간 혼련하고 용융하는 단계;상기 혼련된 주재; 가교제로서 peroxide(alkyl, dialkyl,butyl) 0.3~2중량%; 발포제(azo,nitroso,slfonyl hydrazides 및 무기발포제(sodium bicarbonate)) 1~8 중량%로 되는 부재를 100~170℃로 10~35분간 믹싱하여 정련하는 단계;상기 정련된 재료를 냉각되지 않게 프레스발포성형기의 기밀 금형에 투입하고 100~500Kg/㎠의 압력과 150~170℃의 온도로 45~60분간 가열 가압한 후 금형에서 이탈시켜 발포시키는 단계;상기 발포체를 140~180℃의 정형 금형에 투입하여 균일한 두께로 정형하고 금형에서 이탈시켜 냉각하는 단계;를 포함하여 구성됨이 특징인 단일발포체로서 신발의 부품을 제공하는 콜크스펀지의 제조방법.
- 베이스수지로서 가교성분인 EVA va content 5~25%; 경도 유지재료인 PE 30~60중량%; 필러인 carbon black, 탄산칼슘 등 15~30중량%; 가교보조성분인 아연화 및 zinc stearin산 1~5중량%; 가교제인 peroxide(alkyl, dialkyl,butyl) 0.3~2중량%; 발포제(azo,nitroso,slfonyl hydrazides 및 무기발포제(sodium bicarbonate)) 1~8 중량%; 를 포함하는 콜크스펀지 조성물 패럿을;프레스발포성형기의 기밀 금형에 투입하고 100~500Kg/㎠의 압력과 150~170℃온도로 40~50분간 가열 가압한 후 금형에서 이탈시켜 발포시키는 단계;마블 콜크스펀지 발포체를 140~180℃의 정형 금형에 투입하여 균일한 두께로정형하고 금형에서 이탈시켜 냉각시키는 단계;를 포함하여 구성하는 마블 콜크스펀지의 제조방법.
- 베이스수지로서 가교성분인 EVA va content가 5~25%; 경도 유지재료로서 PE는 30~60중량%; 필러인 carbon black, 탄산칼슘 등이 15~30중량%; 가교보조성분인 아연화 및 zinc stearin산이 1~5중량%;를 가열하여 혼련하고, 상기 혼련재료에 가교제인 peroxide(alkyl, dialkyl,butyl) 0.3~2중량%; 발포제(azo,nitroso,slfonyl hydrazides 및 무기발포제(sodium bicarbonate)) 1~8 중량%를 더 혼가하고 가열하여 정련하고, 상기 정련된 재료를, 냉각되지 않게 프레스발포성형기의 기밀 금형에 투입하고 가열 가압한 후 금형에서 이탈시켜 발포시키고, 상기 발포체를 140~180℃의 정형 금형에 투입하여 균일한 두께로 정형하여 얻는 것이 특징인 단일 발포체 신발 부품 콜크스펀지.

- 제6항에 있어서, 콜크스펀지 조성물 패럿에 잉크코팅 막이 포함되고, 발포체에 잉크코팅막이 조성하는 패럿 결합문이 포함된 것이 특징인 단일 발포체 신발 부품 마블콜크스펀지.
