Description
Claims (11)
- 투광성 재료에 의해 제 1 측면 내지 제 4 측면을 구비한 기둥형 형상으로 구성된 드로잉 처리용 광학 렌즈 모재에 있어서,상기 제 1 측면 및 상기 제 1 측면과 반대 측의 상기 제 3 측면 중 어느 하나가 적어도 한쪽은 기둥 축에 대하여 평행하게 형성된 곡면부와, 상기 곡면부 양측에 형성된 한 쌍의 플랜지부를 갖는 광학 렌즈용 모재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 곡면부는 서로 접촉하도록 배열된 복수의 곡면부인 광학 렌즈용 모재.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 광학 렌즈용 모재의 기둥 축 방향에 수직인 임의 단면은 직사각형 형상인 광학 렌즈용 모재.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 곡면부는 비구면에 형성되어 있는 광학 렌즈용 모재.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 플랜지부는 상기 곡면부보다도 돌출하는 돌출부를 갖는 광학 렌즈용 모재.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 측면 및 상기 제 3 측면 중 적어도 한쪽은 볼록 곡면형으로 형성되어 있는 광학 렌즈용 모재.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 광학 렌즈용 모재를 제작하는 광학 렌즈용 모재 제작 공정과,상기 광학 렌즈용 모재 제작 공정에 의해 제작된 상기 광학 렌즈용 모재를 드로잉 처리하는 드로잉 처리 공정과,상기 드로잉 처리 공정에 의해 드로잉 처리된 상기 광학 렌즈용 모재를 절단하여 광학 렌즈를 제작하는 광학 렌즈 제작 공정을 포함하여,상기 드로잉 처리 공정에 의해 드로잉 처리된 상기 광학 렌즈용 모재의 상기 곡면부는 입사광 또는 출사광에 대하여 작용하는 광학 작용부로서 기능하는 광학 렌즈의 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 광학 렌즈 제작 공정은 상기 드로잉 처리 공정에 의해 드로잉 처리된 상기 광학 렌즈용 모재를 절단하여 제작된 상기 광학 렌즈에 대하여, 상기 한 쌍의 플랜지부를 잘라 떨어뜨리는 플랜지부 절단 공정을 포함하는 광학 렌즈의 제조 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 광학 렌즈 제작 공정은 상기 플랜지부 절단 공정에 의해 상기 한 쌍의 플랜지부가 잘려 떨어진 상기 광학 렌즈를 복수 준비하여, 각각의 제 2 측면 및 제 4 측면을 서로 접착시켜 어레이형으로 배열하는 광학 렌즈 배열 공정을 포함하는 광학 렌즈의 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 드로잉 처리 공정은 상기 광학 렌즈용 모재 제작 공정에 의해 제작된 상기 광학 렌즈용 모재를 둘러싸도록 고리형으로 형성된 가열 수단을 사용하여 드로잉 처리를 하고, 상기 가열 수단은 상기 광학 렌즈용 모재의 기둥 축 방향에 대하여 수직인 단면에 있어서의 단면 형상에 대응한 고리 형상을 구비한 광학 렌즈의 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 광학 렌즈의 제조 방법에 의해 제작된 광학 렌즈.
