Abstract

PURPOSE: Provided is an improved cultivation method of phellinus linteus which produces high quality mushrooms within a short period, and reduces the facility cost per unit area while maximizing the amount of production. CONSTITUTION: The improved cultivation method of phellinus linteus comprises the steps of: cutting the rough wood by 60cm, and stripping the bark of the wood per 10cm with a width of 1cm; sterilizing the stripped bark by putting it in a heat resistant vinyl bag, followed by cooling it at 15 deg.C; inoculating it with mushroom spawn, and shaking it such that the mushroom spawn is diffused thereon; culturing it in a culture room at 25 deg.C for three months such that the mycelium covers the wood; displacing it into a mushroom house, and erecting it or abutting the woods against each other.
