Claims (8)
- 입방결정 질화붕소와 결합재를 함유하는 소결체에 있어서, 결합재가 IVa, Va, VIa족 원소의 질화물, 탄화물, 탄질화물, 붕소화물에서 선택되는 1종 이상, 및 IVa, Va, VIa족 원소와 VIII족 원소로 구성되는 붕소화물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결체.
- 입방결정 질화붕소와 결합재를 함유하는 소결체에 있어서, 결합재가 IVa, Va, VIa족 원소의 질화물, 탄화물, 탄질화물, 붕소화물에서 선택되는 1종 이상, IVa, Va, VIa족 원소와 VIII족 원소로 구성되는 붕소화물, 및 Al 화합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, IVa, Va, VIa족 원소의 질화물, 탄화물, 탄질화물, 붕소화물이 TiN, TiC, TiCXN1-X(0<x<1), TiB2, WC, WB, W2B인 것을 특징으로 하는 소결체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, IVa, Va, VIa족 원소와 VIII족 원소로 구성되는 붕소화물이 WCoB, W2Co21B6, W3CoB3, W2CoB2인 것을 특징으로 하는 소결체.
- 제2항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, Al의 화합물이 AlN, AlB2인 것을 특징으로 하는 소결체.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 입방결정 질화붕소의 함유량이 50~95면적%의 범위 내이고, 결합재가 결합재 전체에서 차지하는 비율로, IVa, Va, VIa족 원소의 질화물, 탄화물, 탄질화물, 붕소화물을 58~98면적%의 범위 내이고, IVa, Va, VIa족 원소와 VIII족 원소로 구성되는 붕소화물을 2~42면적%의 범위 내로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결체.
- 제2항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 입방결정 질화붕소의 함유량이 50~95면적%의 범위 내이고, 결합재가 결합재 전체에서 차지하는 비율로, IVa, Va, VIa족 원소의 질화물, 탄화물, 탄질화물, 붕소화물을 36~78면적%의 범위 내이고, IVa, Va, VIa족 원소와 VIII족 원소로 구성되는 붕소화물을 2~43면적%의 범위 내이며, Al 화합물을 16~33면적%의 범위 내로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결체.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 소결체를 이용한 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭 공구.
