Claims (5)
- 유체가 유입되는 흡입포트와 흡입포트로부터 유입되어 압전처리된 유체가 배출되는 토출포트를 일체로 구비하며, 상기 흡입포트와 연통하는 흡입측 수용부와 상기 토출포트와 연통하는 토출측 수용부로 이루어진 수용홈을 구비하는 커버;상기 커버에 착탈 가능하게 결합되며, 제1장착부와 그 제1장착부에 연이어 형성되는 제2장착부로 이루어진 장착홈을 구비하는 몸체;상기 커버에 형성된 수용부에 삽설되고, 상기 흡입포트와 연통하며 유체를 흡입 및 관통시키고 일측주변에 수용홈이 형성되는 다수의 흡입공과, 상기 토출포트와 연통하며 압전된 유체를 관통시키기 위한 관통구와, 상기 수용홈에 유체의 유입방향으로만 개방되도록 설치되는 밸브를 구비하는 토출블록;상기 본체에 형성된 장착홈의 제2장착부에 상기 토출블록과 연통적으로 접하도록 설치되며, 상기 밸브에 의해 흡입공과 선택적으로 연통하는 흡입구와, 상기 흡입구와 유로에 의해 연통하며 타측주변에 수용홈이 형성되는 다수의 배출공과, 상기 수용홈에 유체의 배출방향으로만 개방되도록 설치되는 밸브를 구비하는 흡입블록; 및상기 흡입포트로 유입되어 배출포트로 유동하는 유체에 압전력을 가하기 위해 상기 몸체의 장착홈의 제2장착부에 장착되며, 상기 제2장착부에 상응하게 형성되어 안착되는 몰드와, 상기 몰드에 진동가능하게 삽설되는 압전부재로 이루어진 압전플레이트를 포함하는 압전펌프.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 밸브는 상기 수용홈에 상응하게 형성되며 그 수용홈에 접착 또는 고정되는 고정부와, 상기 고정부에 일체로 형성되며 유체의 압축에 의해 유체의 진행방향으로 굽혀지는 개폐부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전펌프.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 고정부와 개폐부는 굽힘가능한 연결부에 의해 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전펌프.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 압전플레이트의 몰드는 상기 압전부재의 외측변이 삽입 고정되는 외측고정부와, 상기 압전부재의 내측변이 삽입고정되는 내측 고정부를 일체로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전펌프.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 압전플레이트의 압전부재는 압전작용시 진동의 변위가 증대될 수 있도록 다수의 절개부와, 상기 각각의 절개부 사이에서 진동 가능하게 구비되는 다수의 진동편으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전펌프.
