Claims (9)
- N-메틸몰폴린-N-옥사이드 수용액을 용매로 사용한 셀룰로오스 방사 용액을 방사 노즐을 통하여 압출할 때, 압출되는 셀룰로오스 압출물의 흐름에 용융파단 형성을 유도하여 섬유상에 크림프를 부여한 다음, 상기 섬유상에 형성된 크림프를 고정하여 셀룰로오스 크림프 섬유를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 방사 노즐에서의 용융파단 형성을 유도하기 위하여 상기 방사 노즐에서의 전단률을 13,000 - 30,000sec-1인 범위로 조절하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 셀룰로오스 방사 용액에 함유되는 셀룰로오스의 중량평균 중합도의 범위가 600 - 1,100인 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 셀룰로오스 방사 용액에서 용매로 사용되는 N-메틸몰폴린-N-옥사이드 수용액의 농도가 86 - 92 중량%인 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 셀룰로오스 방사 용액 중의 셀룰로오스 함량이 6 - 20 중량%인 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 셀룰로오스 압출물에 용융파단을 형성하는 방사온도의 범위가 90 - 130℃인 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 용융파단에 의하여 크림프 섬유를 성형 및 고정하는 공정에서 건조 탄산가스 1kg당 8g 이하의 수분을 함유하는 실온의 습한 탄산가스를 사용하여 1차 응고 공정을 수행하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 섬유상에 형성된 크림프를 고정하는 공정에서 응고 및 수세된 섬유를 120℃의 수증기 및 150℃의 뜨거운 공기로 습열건조하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의하여 제조된 셀룰로오스 크림프 섬유.
