Claims (11)
- 열 전달 매질에 의해 자동온도 조절되는 쉘-앤-튜브(shell-and-tube) 반응기의 영역에 배열된 2가지의 상이한 고정층 촉매상에서 크실렌, 나프탈렌 또는 이들의 혼합물을 기체상 산화시키는 방법으로서, 유동 방향에서 제2 촉매 영역에서의 최대 온도가 제1 촉매 영역에서의 최대 온도보다 52 ℃ 이상 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는 프탈산 무수물의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2 촉매 영역에서의 최대 온도가 제1 촉매 영역에서의 온도보다 55 ℃ 이상 낮은 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2 촉매 영역에서의 최대 온도가 제1 촉매 영역에서의 온도보다 60 ℃ 이상 낮은 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2 촉매 영역에서의 최대 온도간의 온도차가 촉매 영역의 층 길이비를 통해 조절되는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 제1 촉매 영역의 층 길이가 2가지 촉매의 총 층 길이의 60 % 초과인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 제1 촉매 영역의 층 길이가 2가지 촉매의 총 층 길이의 75 % 초과인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2 촉매 영역에서의 최대 온도간의 온도차가 열 전달 매질의 온도를 통해 조절되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1 촉매 영역에서의 최대 온도가 470 ℃ 미만인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기체상 1 N㎥ 당 o-크실렌 및(또는) 나프탈렌의 부가량이 80 내지 140 g인 기체상이 사용되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열 전달 매질의 온도가 360 ℃ 이하인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기체 혼합물의 공간 속도가 2000 h-1이상인 방법.
