Claims (17)
- (a) 제1 면, 제2 면 및 상기 제1 면과 제2 면을 통하는 다수의 천공을 갖춘 배향된 제1 중합체 필름; 및(b) 상기 제1 중합체 필름의 제1 면 또는 제2 면에 도포되고, 제1 중합체 필름 내 천공을 실질적으로 피복하는 제2 중합체 필름을 포함하는 복합 중합체 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복합 중합체 필름은 1 방향 이상으로 수작업 인열 가능한(hand tearable) 것인 복합 중합체 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 중합체 필름은 제1 중합체의 층과 제2 중합체의 층을 포함하는 것인 복합 중합체 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 중합체 필름 내 상기 천공은 비원형이고, 길이가 폭보다 1.5 배 이상인 것인 복합 중합체 필름.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제1 중합체 필름 내 상기 천공은 기계방향에 대하여 40 도 내지 50 도의 각으로 그 최장 치수로 배열되는 것인 복합 중합체 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 천공은 장축과 단축을 가지며, 제1 천공의 장축의 연장은 인접 제2 천공을 통과하는 것인 복합 중합체 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 중합체 필름 내 상기 천공은 각각의 열의 천공이 인접 열의 천공에 대하여 대략 90 도로 배향된 교호 열로 배열된 것인 복합 중합체 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 중합체 필름 내 천공은 그 경계에서 융기부 또는 비드를 가진 것인 복합 중합체 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 중합체 필름은 상기 제1 중합체 필름의 제1 면에 도포되고, 제1 중합체 필름의 제2 면에 도포된 제3 중합체 필름을 더 포함하는 것인 복합 중합체 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 복합 중합체 필름의 외면 상에 위치된 접착제 조성물을 더 포함하는 것인 복합 중합체 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 복합 중합체 시트는 파단 강도가 1.0 kg/cm 이상인 복합 중합체 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 복합 중합체 시트는 파단 연신율이 40% 미만인 복합 중합체 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 안료를 더 포함하는 것인 복합 중합체 필름.
- 제1 면 및 제2 면을 갖춘 중합체 필름; 및상기 제1 면 및 제2 면을 통해 연장하고, 길이가 폭보다 더 큰, 상기 중합체 필름 내 다수의 천공을 포함하며, 상기 천공은 천공 각각의 장축의 연장이 인접 천공을 통해 연장하도록 배열된 것인 중합체 시트.
- 다수의 천공을 갖춘 제1 중합체 재료; 및상기 제1 중합체 재료에 부착된 제2 중합체 재료를 포함하며, 1 방향 이상으로의 인열 전파력이 인열 개시력의 10% 이상인 복합 중합체 시트.
- (a) 제1 중합체 조성물을 포함하는 배향된 중합체 필름을 제공하는 단계;(b) 상기 배향된 필름을 천공하는 단계; 및(c) 상기 배향된 중합체 필름에 제2 중합체 조성물을 도포하는 단계를 포함하는 복합 중합체 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 필름은 이축 배향된 것인 방법.
