Description
Claims (11)
- 밸브 니들(3)을 포함하고, 상기 밸브 니들은 분사측 단부에 밸브 폐쇄 바디(4)를 구비하고, 상기 밸브 페쇄 바디는 밸브 시이트 바디(5)에 형성된 밸브 시이트면(6)과 함께 밀봉 시이트를 형성하며, 연료 분사 밸브(1)의 밸브 시이트 바디(5)와 연결되거나 또는 밸브 시이트 바디와 일체형으로 형성된 분사구 반구(37,41)를 포함하는, 특히 내연기관의 연소실로 연료를 직접 분사하는 연료 분사 밸브(1)에 있어서,상기 분사구 반구(37,41)는 적어도 세 개의 분사구(38,42)를 가지며, 분사구(38,42)에 연장된 축선(39,43)이 모두 교차하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 분사구(38,42)는 인접한 축선(39,43)의 각각의 평균적인 간격이 최대가 되도록 분사구 반구상에 배치되고 방향 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 밸브.
- 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 두 개의 축선(39)이 각각 최대로 교차하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 밸브.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 교차하는 축선(39)의 교차점은 분사구 반구면에 수직인 대칭면 위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 밸브.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 분사구(38)의 축선(39)이 교차하는 분사구(38)는 대칭면(40)에 대해 반사 대칭으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 밸브.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 분사구(38)는 분사구(28)의 연료 제트에 의한 전체 제트 대상의 횡단면이 타원이 되도록 방향 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 밸브.
- 제 1항 내지 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 분사구는 그리드 패턴 형태로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 밸브.
- 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 분사구(41)는 대체로 원형으로 분사구 반구(41)의 대칭축 주변에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 밸브.
- 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 분사구는 그리드 패턴 형태로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 밸브.
- 제 8항 내지 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 분사구(40)의 축선(43)은 실린더에 접하여 대칭축선 주변에 접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 밸브.
- 제 8항 내지 10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 분사구(40)의 연료 제트는 분사구 반구(41)로부터 어느 정도의 간격을 두고 대체로 모든 연료 제트에 의한 전체 제트상으로 원추형을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 밸브.
