Description
Claims (11)
- 병진 방향 힘을 발생시키기 위해 공압식으로 조작되고 확고하지 않게 끼워진 하나 이상의 피스톤(5)이 일렬로 배치되어 있고 공구 조작용 부품(34, 35)이 기능적으로 연결되어 있는 실린더(3)를 포함하고, 상기 피스톤(5)의 각 피스톤 로드(6)는 시일(24), 예컨대 립 시일에 의해 선행 피스톤(5, 34)에 대해 밀봉되고 실린더 커버(13) 내에서 안내되는, 특히 공압식 플라이어(1)와 같은, 압력에 의해 구동될 수 있는 공구의 공압식 조작 장치로서, 상기 피스톤 로드(6)의 전방 단부의 엣지 구역에는 선행 피스톤과 마주하는 방향으로 시일(25)이 끼워져 있는 특징으로 하는 공구의 공압식 조작 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시일은 O링일 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구의 공압식 조작 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤(6)은 다음 피스톤(5, 23) 내로 상승하도록 설계되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구의 공압식 조작 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤(5, 34)은 상기 실린더의 내벽과 마주하는 방향으로 적어도 하나의 피스톤 안내 스트립(23)을 사용하여 지지되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구의 공압식 조작 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤(5, 34)은 추가적으로 상기 피스톤 안내 스트립(23)으로 안내되고, 또는 더욱 정확하게 말하면 상기 실린더의 내벽을 향하는 방향으로 피스톤 패킹(22)을 사용하여 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구의 공압식 조작 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤 패킹(22)은 소위 립 시일인 것을 특징으로 하는 공구의 공압식 조작 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 웨지(35)와 결합된 웨지 피스톤(34)이 병진 방향 힘을 턱부가 2개인 형태인 부재 또는 플라이어와 유사한 부재로 전달하며, 상기 웨지(35)와 웨지 피스톤(34)은 각각 웨지형 표면을 따라 활주하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구의 공압식 조작 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각 피스톤 로드(6)는, 예컨대 립 시일(24)을 사용하는 것과 같은 적어도 하나의 밀봉된 스크레이퍼 링을 사용하여 실린더 리드(13)에 대해 밀봉되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구의 공압식 조작 장치.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 웨지(35)는 상기 웨지 피스톤 내에 끼워져서 나사 결합되고, 또한 상기 웨지(35)는 플라이어 핸들 내로 안내되어 끼워지는것을 특징으로 하는 공구의 공압식 조작 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 플라이어(38)의 헤드는 상기 실린더(3)와 교체 가능하게 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구의 공압식 조작 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 공구의 공압식 조작 장치를 장치를 포함하는, 클램프 링, 호스 클램프, 튜브 클램프, 호스 클립, 러그 클램프를 끼우고 압박하기 위한 공압식 플라이어.
