Claims (24)
- 특히 층 구조물로 되어 있는 벌집체(1)의 형태인, 입자 트랩으로서,상기 입자 트랩은 상기 입자 트랩을 통하여 유동하는 유체 유동에서 소용돌이, 고요 및/또는 정지 영역(5)을 발생하기 위한 구조물(3)을 가지고 유동 통로(2)를 형성하며, 상기 입자 트랩(11)은 적어도 부분적으로 개방되어 있는 입자 트랩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 입자 트랩(11)은 적어도 부분적으로 금속 층(4, 6)으로 이루어지는 입자 트랩.
- 입자 트랩으로서,유동 통로(2)를 구비하며,상기 입자 트랩(11)을 통하여 유동하는 유체 유동에서 소용돌이 유동, 고요 유동 및/또는 정지 영역(5)을 발생하기 위해 구조물(3)과 유동 통로(2)를 가지며,상기 입자 트랩(11)은 적어도 부분적으로 개방되며, 상기 유동 통로(2)의 적어도 일부는 상기 유동 통로 벽(13)의 적어도 부분 영역에서 높은 열용량을 가져, 상기 유체 온도가 상승되어질 유체 유동에 포함되어 있는 입자에 대한 열영동 현상의 효과는 상기 영역에서 증가되는 상태로 나타나는 입자 트랩.
- 전술한 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나의 제 1 층(6)과 하나 이상의 주름층(4)일 수 있는 추가적인 포일로 제작되거나 하나의 평평한 층(6)으로 제작되는 입자 트랩.
- 전술한 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 입자 트랩을 통하여 매체가 반지름 방향으로 유동할 수 있는 입자 트랩.
- 전술한 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 원뿔형 통로(2)를 가지는 입자 트랩.
- 전술한 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 입자 트랩(11) 및/또는 촉매 변환기(8)인 다수의 (선택적으로 좁은) 요소를 포함하는 입자 트랩.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상이한 열용량을 구비한 두 개 이상의 요소를 가지는 입자 트랩.
- 전술한 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단일 층으로만 제작되는 입자 트랩.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에서 청구된 하나 이상의 입자 트랩(11)의 자동차량의 배기 섹션(12)내에서의 사용.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 청구된 바와 같은 하나 이상의 입자트랩(11)을 부가적인 상류부 또는 하류부 중 하나 이상의 부가물(7)과 조합해서 사용.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 청구된 바와 같은 하나 이상의 입자 트랩(11)을 하나 이상의 촉매 변환기(8)과 조합해서 사용.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 청구된 바와 같은 하나 이상의 입자 트랩(11)을 상류부 및/또는 하류부에 연결되고 이산화 질소(N02)를 형성하기 위해 질소 가스(NOX)를 산화시키는 하나 이상의 산화 촉매 변환기(8)와 조합해서 사용.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 청구된 바와 같은 하나 이상의 입자 트랩(11)을 하나 이상의 상류부 및/또는 하류부 터보과급기(9)와 조합한 것으로, 상기 입자 트랩(11)이 엔진에 근접하게 및/또는 바디 아래 위치에 배치되어 있는 조합체의 사용.
- 디젤 엔진 배기 섹션에 있는 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 청구된 바와 같은 하나 이상의 입자 트랩(11) 또는 입자 트랩(11)의 일부분을 상류부 또는 하류부 터보과급기(9)와 조합한 것으로, 상기 입자 트랩의 상류부에, 차례로, 하나 이상의 산화 촉매 변환기(8)가 있는 조합체의 사용.
- 그을음 산화를 위해 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 청구된 바와 같은 하나 이상의 입자 트랩(11)의 사용.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 산화제로서 이산화질소의 사용.
- 제 16 항 및/또는 제 17 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 입자 트랩(11)이 그을음 산화(15)를 위한 보조 수단과 조합되어 이용되는 사용.
- 제 16 항 내지 제 18 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상류부 이산화 질소 스토어(14)와 조합해서 사용.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 청구된 바와 같은 하나 이상의 입자 트랩(11)을 상류부 또는 하류부 그을음 필터(10)와 조합해서 사용.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 청구된 바와 같은 입자 트랩(11)의 적어도 부분을 촉매 활성 코팅을 위한 지지체로서 사용.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 청구된 바와 같은 하나 이상의 입자 트랩(11) 및/또는 촉매 변환기를 디스크 장치에 사용.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 청구된 바와 같은 하나 이상의 입자 트랩(11)을 걸러져 산화되어질 입자 및/또는 입자 트랩(11)을 하전/극성화하기 위한 하나 이상의 장치와 조합해서 사용.
- 제 23 항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 입자 트랩(11)의 상류부에 상기 입자를 극성화하기 위한 플라즈마 반응기(17)가 연결되며, 상기 입자 트랩(11)은 바람직하게는 전기적 극을 형성하는 사용.
