A)酸化形触媒コンバータ−タービン式過給機−粒子捕獲装置。(粒子捕獲装置はエンジン近辺に又は床下に配置されていてよい。)
B)前置触媒コンバータ−粒子捕獲装置−タービン式過給機。
C)酸化形触媒コンバータ−タービン式過給機−酸化形触媒コンバータ−粒子捕獲装置。
D)加熱形触媒コンバータ−粒子捕獲装置1−粒子捕獲装置2。(粒子捕獲装置1と粒子捕獲装置2とは同一であってもまたは異なっていてもよい。)
E)粒子捕獲装置1−排気ガス管の円錐開口−粒子捕獲装置2。
F)添加剤注入器−粒子捕獲装置−加水分解形触媒コンバータ−還元形触媒コンバータ。
G)前置触媒コンバータ−酸化形触媒コンバータ−添加剤注入器(場合によっては煤煙フィルタ)−必要に応じて加水分解膜を備えた例えば円錐形の粒子捕獲装置−(必要に応じて煤煙フィルタ)−(場合によっては管横断面積を高めるために円錐形の)還元形触媒コンバータ。

Claims (16)
- 特に層状に構成されたハニカム体(1)の形の粒子捕獲装置であって、流路(2)を形成し、粒子捕獲装置(11)を通って流れる流体の流れに渦流領域、安定領域及び/又は不感領域(5)を発生させるために構造物(3)を有し、少なくとも部分的に開放しており、更に少なくとも部分的に加水分解膜を備えている粒子捕獲装置。
- 粒子捕獲装置(11)が少なくとも部分的に金属層(4、6)から構成され、該金属層は相互にろう付けにより結合されており、流体の通流可能な平板層が2つの波形層の間に配置され、前記平板層が孔を有するかファイバ金属から構成されている請求項1記載の粒子捕獲装置。
- 流路(2)と、粒子捕獲装置(11)を通って流れる流体の流れに渦流領域、安定領域及び/又は不感領域(5)を発生させるための構造物(3)とを備え、粒子捕獲装置(11)が少なくとも部分的に開放しており、流路(2)の少なくとも一部がその流路壁(13)の少なくとも1つの部分範囲に高い熱容量を有し、それにより流体温度が上昇する際に流体の流れに含まれる粒子に対する熱泳動がこの範囲で強められて生じる粒子捕獲装置。
- 第1の層(6)と、波板層(4)または平板層(6)である第2の薄板とから製造されている請求項1乃至3の1つに記載の粒子捕獲装置。
- 半径方向に貫流される請求項1乃至4の1つに記載の粒子捕獲装置。
- 円錐状流路(2)を有する請求項1乃至5の1つに記載の粒子捕獲装置。
- 粒子捕獲装置(11)及び/又は触媒コンバータ(8)である複数の要素を含む請求項1乃至6の1つに記載の粒子捕獲装置。
- 異なった熱容量を持つ少なくとも2つの要素を有する請求項7記載の粒子捕獲装置。
- 流体の流れに対し行き止まりを持たず、200〜400cpsiのセル密度を有する請求項1乃至8の1つに記載の粒子捕獲装置。
- 粒子捕獲の機能に加えて、貯蔵機能、混合機能および流れ分配機能の少なくとも1つの機能を有する請求項1乃至9の1つに記載の粒子捕獲装置。
- 自動車(14)の排気ガス管(12)で使用される請求項1乃至10の1つに記載の粒子捕獲装置(11)の用途。
- 流体の流れ方向に、少なくとも、添加剤注入器と請求項1〜10の1つに記載の粒子捕獲装置(11)とが設けられており、
該粒子捕獲装置(11)は、積層構造を持つと共にハニカム体の形状を有し、更に構造物(3)を備えており、
この構造物(3)は流体の流れに渦流領域、安定領域および/又は不感領域(5)を形成し、
前記粒子捕獲装置(11)は少なくとも部分的に開放している粒子捕獲装置の構成。 - 粒子捕獲装置(11)の下流に加水分解触媒が配置されている請求項12記載の構成。
- 粒子捕獲装置(11)の下流に還元触媒が配置されている請求項12又は13記載の構成。
- 添加剤注入器の上流に酸化触媒が配置されている請求項12乃至14の1つに記載の構成。
- 煤煙フィルタが添加剤注入器と粒子捕獲装置(11)との間および/又は粒子捕獲装置と還元触媒との間に配置されている請求項15記載の構成。
