Abstract
【解決手段】自動車用内燃機関(13)の排気ガスを浄化するための粒子捕集器(2)において、この粒子捕集器(2)が、自動車用内燃機関(13)の排気ガスを浄化するための開放形粒子捕集器として、部分的に構造化された少なくとも1つの金属箔(14)および金属繊維(6)から成る耐熱繊維板(1)を備え、該繊維板(1)が少なくとも1つの区域(3)にSCR触媒コンバータの触媒活性被覆(4)を備える。

担体容積1リットル当たり0.93〜1.2グラムのPt
担体容積1リットル当たり0.46〜0.6グラムのPd
多機能触媒(還元)に関して、次の関係を適用することを提案する。
担体容積1リットル当たり1.16〜1.5グラムのPt
担体容積1リットル当たり0.23〜0.3グラムのRh
ここで触媒担体容積とは、担体(ハニカム構造物等)の材料およびこの担体で形成された空洞や通路等を含む容積を意味する。
Claims (15)
- 自動車用内燃機関(13)の排気ガスを浄化するための粒子捕集器(2)において、この粒子捕集器(2)が、自動車用内燃機関(13)の排気ガスを浄化するための開放形粒子捕集器として、部分的に構造化された少なくとも1つの金属箔(14)および金属繊維(6)から成る少なくとも1つの耐熱繊維板(1)を備え、該繊維板(1)が少なくとも1つの区域(3)にSCR触媒コンバータの触媒活性被覆(4)を備えることを特徴とする粒子捕集器。
- SCR触媒コンバータが繊維板(1)に連続配置で着けた複数の被覆部分を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の粒子捕集器。
- 複数の被覆部分が排気ガスの流れ方向に、加水分解触媒被覆(4)およびSCR触媒被覆(4)の順序で配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の粒子捕集器。
- 加水分解触媒被覆(4)の上流側またはSCR触媒被覆(4)の下流側に酸化触媒被覆(4)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項3記載の粒子捕集器。
- 複数の構造化された金属箔(14)と複数の繊維(1)とが互い違いに重ね合わせてハウジング(15)内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4の1つに記載の粒子捕集器。
- 粒子捕集器(2)の軸線(16)に対し平行な複数の通路(17)が存在し、該通路(17)の少なくとも一部に金属箔(14)の案内面(18)が突出し、該案内面は通路(17)を貫流するガス流を繊維板(1)に向けて転向させることを特徴とする請求項1から5の1つに記載の粒子捕集器。
- 粒子捕集器(2)の容積(20)に対し、被覆量が20〜300グラム/リットルの範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1から6の1つに記載の粒子捕集器。
- 少なくとも1つの部分的に構造化された金属箔(14)が複数の切欠き開口(19)を有し、該開口(19)が少なくとも1つの構造化幅(36)にわたって延びていることを特徴とする請求項1から7の1つに記載の粒子捕集器。
- 被覆(4)がウォッシュコート(5)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から8の1つに記載の粒子捕集器。
- 繊維板(1)が多孔質性の焼結および/又は繊維材料を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から9の1つに記載の粒子捕集器。
- 繊維板(1)が0.082mm以下の平均直径(7)を持つ繊維(6)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から10の1つに記載の粒子捕集器。
- 繊維板(1)が、少なくとも50%の多孔率を有することを特徴とする請求項1から11の1つに記載の粒子捕集器。
- 繊維板(1)がその最大外側面(9)に対して実質的に平行な縦断面(8)において複数の開口(10)を有し、該開口(10)が平均して0.01〜0.5mmの広がり寸法(11)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から12の1つに記載の粒子捕集器。
- 繊維板(1)が3mm以下の厚さ(12)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から13の1つに記載の粒子捕集器。
- 排気管(23)を備えた自動車用内燃機関(13)の排気ガスシステムにおいて、排気ガスシステムが排気ガスの流れ方向(21)に、液体尿素供給用の還元剤供給装置(27)と請求項1から14の1つに記載の粒子捕集器(2)との順序で備えることを特徴とする排気ガスシステム。
