Claims (9)
- 하기 화학식 1의 블록 공중합체:[화학식 1]A-B-L-X-M상기 식에서,A는 생체적합성 친수성 고분자이고,B는 생분해성 소수성 고분자이며,X는 양이온기이고,M은 음이온이며,L은 -O-, -NH-, -S- 및 -COO-로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 링커를 나타낸다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 A는 생체적합성 친수성 고분자로서, 폴리알킬렌글리콜, 폴리알킬렌옥사이드, 폴리비닐피롤리돈, 폴리사카라이드, 폴리아크릴아미드, 폴리메타크릴아미드, 폴리비닐알콜 및 그의 유도체로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 것이고,상기 B는 생분해성 고분자로서, 폴리(α-하이드록시산), 폴리에스테르, 폴리포스파진 및 그의 유도체로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 블록 공중합체.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 A는 폴리에틸렌글리콜, 폴리(에틸렌-코-프로필렌)글리콜, 폴리비닐피롤리돈, 폴리아크릴아미드, 폴리비닐알콜 및 그의 유도체로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되고,상기 B는 폴리락트산, 폴리글리콜산, 폴리카프로락톤, 폴리디옥산-2-온 및 이들의 공중합체, 폴리언하이드라이드, 폴리오르소에스테르, 폴리포스파진 및 그의 유도체로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 블록 공중합체.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 A는 폴리에틸렌글리콜 또는 그의 유도체이고,상기 B는 폴리락트산, 폴리글리콜산, 폴리카프로락톤, 폴리디옥산-2-온 및 이들의 공중합체로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 블록 공중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 A는 하기 반응식 1에 따라 제조되는 분해성 유도체인 것임을 특징으로 하는 블록 공중합체:[반응식 1]nZ + (n-1)Y' -> Z-(Y'-Z)n-2-Y'-Z상기 식에서,Z는 분자량 5,000 달톤 이하의 수용성 고분자이고,Y'는 HOOC-(CH2)m-COOH 또는 O=C=N-(CH2)m-N=C=O(여기에서, m은 0 ∼ 10의 정수이다)이며,n은 2 ~ 100의 정수이다.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 A 및 B의 수 평균 분자량이 각각 100 ~ 100,000 달톤인 것임을 특징으로 하는 블록 공중합체.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 X는 -C(=O)-(CH2)z-C(=O)-O-CH2CH2-Y 또는 -C(=O)CHR1Y(여기서, Y는 -NH3 +, -NRH2 +, -NR2H+또는 -NR3 +이고, R은 메틸, 에틸 또는 2-하이드록시에틸기이며, R1은 H, 메틸, 벤질, 2-메틸프로필 또는 1-메틸프로필이고, z는 0 ~ 6의 정수이다)인 것임을 특징으로 하는 블록 공중합체.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 M이 OH-, Cl-, Br-, I-, HSO4 -, HCO3 -또는 NO3 -인 것임을 특징으로 하는 블록공중합체.
- 제1항의 블록 공중합체가 정전기력에 의해 음이온성 약물과 결합하여 약물-블록 공중합체 복합체를 형성하는, 제1항의 블록 공중합체 및 음이온성 약물을 함유하는 조성물.
