Claims (10)
- 연수기(1)로 공급되는 공급수의 경도를 측정하는 입구 경도 측정수단(11)과, 상기 연수기(1) 통과후 처리수의 유량을 측정하는 처리수량 측정수단(12)과, 재생시의 염수 농도를 검출하는 염수농도 검출수단(8)과, 재생시의 염수 소비량을 검출하는 염수 소비량 검출장치(9)를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 연수화 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 연수기(1) 통과후 처리수의 경도를 측정하여 경도 누출을 검지하는 경도 누출 검지수단(13)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 연수화 장치.
- 연수기(1)로 공급되는 공급수의 경도를 측정하는 입구경도 측정수단(11)과, 상기 연수기(1) 통과후 처리수의 유량을 측정하는 처리수량 측정수단(12)과, 재생시의 염수 농도를 검출하는 염수농도 검출수단(8)과, 재생시의 염수 소비량을 검출하는 염수 소비량 검출장치(9)를 구비한 연수화 장치를 복수대 병렬 설치하고, 이들 각 연수화 장치의 통수작동, 재생작동을 전환 가능하게 접속한 것을 특징으로 하는 연수화 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 각 연수기(1)로의 급수 라인(4)에 상기 각 연수기(1)로 공급수를 분기하는 분기부(25)를 형성하고, 또 상기 각 연수기(1)로부터의 처리수를 합류시키는 합류수단(28,50)을 형성함과 아울러, 이 합류수단(28, 50)에 처리수 라인(5)을 접속한 것을 특징으로 하는 연수화 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 분기부(25)의 상류측에 상기 입구경도 측정수단(11)을 형성함과 아울러, 상기 합류 수단(28,50)의 하류측에 상기 처리수량 측정수단(12)을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 연수화 장치.
- 제 3 항∼제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 염수 탱크(6)를 한 개 형성하고, 이 염수 탱크(6)와 상기 각 연수기(1)를 염수 라인(7)에 형성한 전환 수단(29,51)을 통해 각각 전환 가능하게 접속하고, 이 전환 수단(29,51)의 상류측에 상기 염수농도 검출수단(8)을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 연수화 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 염수 탱크(6)에 상기 염수 소비량 검출수단(9)을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 연수화 장치.
- 제 3 항∼제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 연수기(1) 통과후 처리수의 경도를 측정하여 경도 누출을 검지하는 경도누출 검출수단(13)을 상기 합류수단(28,50)의 하류측에 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 연수화 장치.
- 재생시의 염수 농도와 재생시의 염수 소비량에 기초해 다음번 재생시까지의 경도 제거량의 설정값을 미리 설정하고, 입구 경도와 처리수량에 따라 경도 제거량의 누계치를 시간의 경과에 따라 구해, 이 누계치가 상기 설정값이 될 때 재생작동을 개시시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 연수화장치의 재생제어방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 연수기(1) 통과후 처리수의 경도를 측정하여 경도 누출을 검지했을 때, 바로 재생작동을 개시시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 연수화장치의 재생제어방법.
