Claims (20)
- 사용자 데이터 영역 및 리드아웃 영역을 포함하는 광기록 매체로서,상기 사용자 데이터 영역 및 리드아웃 영역이 그루브와 랜드로 이루어져 있고, 상기 그루브의 적어도 일측면에 워블이 형성되어 있으며, 상기 리드아웃 영역의 워블 특성이 상기 사용자 데이터 영역의 워블 특성과 다르게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 리드아웃 영역의 워블은,상기 사용자 데이터 영역에서의 워블의 주파수, 주기, 진폭, 위상 중 적어도 어느 하나를 변조하여 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 사용자데이터 영역의 워블은 주파수변조, 주기변조, 진폭변조, 위상변조, HWM 변조 및 워블부와 비워블부의 혼합변조 중 적어도 어느 하나의 변조방식이 적용되고, 상기 리드아웃 영역의 워블은 상기 사용자데이터 영역의 워블과 다른 변조 방식이 적용되어 기록 및/또는 재생시 픽업이 데이터 영역 밖으로 나가지 않도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 워블은 어드레싱 정보 또는 기준시간정보(PLL)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 사용자데이터 영역과 리드아웃 영역의 그루브에서 읽혀진 신호의 싱크패턴이 서로 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 광기록 매체의 최외주부에 소정의 기록 패턴을 기록하여 기록 및/또는 재생시 픽업이 데이터 영역 밖으로 나가지 않도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다층 기록이 가능하도록 적어도 2층 이상의 기록층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 2층 이상의 기록층은,각 기록층의 리드아웃 영역마다 기록패턴이 다르게 기록된 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 리드아웃 영역은,디스크의 최대 편심 허용치의 2배 이상이 되는 폭을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 그루브 및/또는 랜드에 기록 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체.
- 사용자 데이터 영역 및 리드아웃 영역을 포함하는 광기록 매체로서,상기 리드아웃 영역의 최외주부에 소정의 기록패턴을 기록하여 기록 및/또는 재생시 픽업이 사용자 데이터 영역 밖으로 이탈되지 않도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 기록패턴이,사용자데이터 영역에서 사용된 기록패턴 중 소정의 기록 패턴이 반복 기록된 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 기록패턴이,사용자데이터 영역에서 사용된 것과 다른 기록패턴으로 기록된 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체.
- 제 11항 내지 제 13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다층 기록이 가능하도록 적어도 2층 이상의 기록층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 2층 이상의 기록층은,각 기록층마다 기록 패턴이 다르게 기록된 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체.
- 제 15항에 있어서, 상기 리드아웃 영역은,디스크의 최대 편심 허용치의 2배 이상이 되는 폭을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체.
- 제 15항 또는 제 16항에 있어서, 상기 사용자데이터 영역과 리드아웃 영역에서 각각 다른 형태의 싱크패턴을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체.
- 제 15항 또는 제 16항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 2층 이상의 기록층은,각 기록층마다 리드아웃 영역의 싱크 패턴이 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체.
- 제 11항 내지 제 13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 그루브 및/또는 랜드에 기록 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체.
- 사용자 데이터 영역 및 리드아웃 영역을 포함하는 광기록 매체로서,상기 사용자 데이터 영역 및 리드아웃 영역이 그루브와 랜드로 이루어져 있고, 상기 사용자 데이터 영역과 리드아웃 영역의 싱크 패턴을 서로 다른 형태로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체.
