Claims (8)
- 폴리아릴렌(polyarylene)의 고분자 주쇄에 3,3'-바이카바질(3,3'-bicarbazyl)을 도입한, 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 백색 전계발광 고분자.[화학식 1]상기 식에서 Ar은 탄소수 6∼26의 방향족기(aromatic group) 또는 이종원자가 방향족 링에 포함된 탄소수 4∼14의 헤테로방향족기(Heteroaromatic group)이며, 상기 방향족기에는 탄소수 1∼12의 알킬기, 알콕시기 또는 아민기가 하나 이상 치환가능하고, R은 수소원자, 탄소수 1∼12의 선형, 가지형 또는 고리형 알킬기, 또는 탄소수 6∼14의 방향족기(aromatic group)이고, 상기 방향족기에는 탄소수 1∼12의 알킬기, 알콕시기 또는 아민기가 치환가능하며, m과 n은 0.1≤m/(m+n)≤0.9 및 0.1≤n/(m+n)≤0.9을 만족시키는 값이다.
- 제 1항에 있어서 상기 화학식 1의 Ar기가 하기 화학식 2 및 3으로 표시되는 물질로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 백색 전계발광 고분자.[화학식 2]상기 식에서 R1및 R2는 각각 탄소수 1∼12의 알킬기 또는 알콕시기이다.[화학식 3]상기 식에서 R1및 R2는 각각 탄소수 1∼12의 알킬기이다.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 1의 Ar기가 알킬플루오렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 백색 전계발광 고분자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 발광 고분자의 질량평균 분자량(Mw)가 약 3,000 내지 20만이고, 분자량 분포는 약 1.5 내지 5 인 것을 특징으로 하는 백색 전계발광 고분자.
- 제1항의 전계발광 고분자를 발광층으로 도입한 유기전계 발광소자.
- 제 4항에 있어서 상기 유기전계 발광소자가 양극/발광층/음극, 양극/버퍼층/발광층/음극, 양극/버퍼층/정공전달층/발광층/음극, 양극/버퍼층/정공전달층/발광층/전자전달층/음극, 및 양극/버퍼층/정공전달층/발광층/정공차단층/음극으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계 발광소자.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 버퍼층은 폴리티오펜(polythiophene), 폴리아닐린(polyaniline), 폴리아세틸렌(polyacetylene), 폴리피롤(polypyrrole) 또는 폴리페닐렌비닐렌 유도체로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계 발광소자.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 정공차단층은 LiF 또는 MgF2로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 소자.
