Claims (5)
- 흡입실 및 토출실과 실린더 사이를 구획하는 밸브 플레이트의 제조방법으로서,플레이트에 하나 이상의 흡입포트와 하나 이상의 토출포트를 형성하고,흡입밸브의 리드부가 맞닿는 각 흡입포트의 주변부 및 토출밸브의 리드부가 맞닿는 각 토출포트의 주변부의 적어도 일방에 선단면이 요철형상으로 형성된 펀치형틀을 프레스함으로써 플레이트에 펀치형틀 선단면형상을 전사하여 조면화하는 압축기용 밸브 플레이트의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 흡입포트 및 토출포트의 쌍방의 주변부에 펀치형틀 선단면형상을 전사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기용 밸브 플레이트의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 흡입포트 및 토출포트의 형성과 그 주변부의 조면화를 공통의 프레스가공에 의해 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기용 밸브 플레이트의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 펀치형틀 프레스에 의해 플레이트에 전사된 오목부의 주변 가장자리에 복귀부가 돌출형성되고, 복귀부의 높이가 10 ∼ 50㎛, 오목부의 깊이가 50 ∼ 250㎛ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기용 밸브 플레이트의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 플레이트는 경도 (Hv) = 90 ∼ 200 의 Fe 재료로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기용 밸브 플레이트의 제조방법.
