Abstract

"PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO DE UMA PLACA DE VáLVULA PARA UM COMPRESSOR QUE DIVIDE UMA CAMARA DE SUCçãO E UMA CáMARA DE DESCARGA DE UM BLOCO DE CILINDRO". Em um processo de fabricação de uma placa de válvula para um compressor de acordo com a presente invenção, uma matriz de punção (43) formada com uma configuração convexa e cóncava na sua face extrema (42) de ponta é montado em uma máquina de prensa (41), e a matriz de punção (43) é comprimida contra uma superfície de uma placa de válvula (9) para transferir a configuração convexa e cóncava da sua face extrema (42) de ponta. Assim, as partes periféricas de um orifício de sucção e de um orifício de descarga da placa de válvula (9) são tomadas rugosas.
