Claims (5)
- 적어도 하나의 로 하부 몸체(1) 및 측벽들(5, 6, 7, 8)을 갖는 적어도 하나의 로 상부 몸체(4)를 포함하며, 적어도 상기 상부 몸체의 상기 측벽들의 부분이 서로를 향하여 안쪽으로 경사지어지도록 형성되며, 상기 상부 몸체(4)의 상부에는 로드(rod) 또는 스트립(strip)(14)의 형상을 갖으며 상기 경사진 벽들에 의해서 규정되는 공간내에서 3차원적으로 연장되는 하나 또는 그 이상의 방사 요소(9)들이 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방사에 의해서 열이 로(furnace) 내부의 블랭크로 전달되며, 방사의 주요 부분이 로의 벽들을 타격하여 블랭크로 전달되기 전에 벽들에 의해서 반사되는 가열로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 열 방사는 또한 상기 로의 바닥면에 의해서도 반사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열로.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 블랭크에 도달하는 방사의 적어도 50%는 반사된 방사인 것을 특징으로 하는 가열로.
- 선행하는 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 요소들(9)의 작동 온도는 1,400℃ 이상이며, 바람직하게는 대략 1,450℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 가열로.
- 선행하는 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나 또는 그 이상의 상기 요소들은 적어도 여덟 개의 곡선의 형상인 생크들(14A-14D)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열로.
