Claims (6)
- 불포화 알데히드 및 불포화 카르복실산 제조용 촉매로서, 활성 성분으로서 적어도 몰리브덴 및 비스무트를 함유하는 촉매 조성물 및 무기질 섬유로 이루어진 고리 형상체 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 무기질 섬유가 유리 섬유, 알루미나 섬유, 실리카 섬유 및 탄소 섬유로부터 선택된 1종 이상이고, 50㎛ ∼ 1.5㎜ 의 평균 섬유 길이 및 2㎛ ∼ 20㎛ 의 평균 직경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 촉매 중량을 기준으로 무기질 섬유 0.01 내지 30 중량% 를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고리 형상체의 외경은 3 ∼ 10㎜ 이고, 내경은 외경의 0.1 ∼ 0.7배이고, 길이는 외경의 0.5 ∼ 2배인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉매 조성물이 하기 화학식 (1) 로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매:[화학식 1]MoaBibFecAdBeOx… (1)(식 중,Mo 는 몰리브덴, Bi 는 비스무트, Fe 는 철, A 는 니켈 및 코발트에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 원소, B 는 알칼리 금속원소, 알칼리 토류금속원소, 탈륨, 인, 텔루륨, 안티몬, 주석, 세륨, 납, 니오븀, 망간, 비소, 아연, 규소, 알루미늄, 티타늄, 지르코늄 및 텅스텐 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 원소, O 는 산소를 나타내고, a, b, c, d, e 및 x 는 각각 Mo, Bi, Fe, A, B 및 O 의 원소의 수를 나타내고, a 가 12 일 때, b 는 0.1 ∼ 10, c 는 0.1 ∼ 20, d 는 2 ∼ 20, e 는 0 ∼ 30, x 는 다른 원소들의 산화 정도에 따라 정해지는 수치임).
- 이소부틸렌, t-부탄올 또는 프로필렌을 분자 산소를 사용하여 접촉 기상 산화시켜 각각 대응하는 메타크롤레인 및 메타크릴산, 또는 아크롤레인 및 아크릴산을 제조함에 있어서, 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 촉매를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
