Claims (16)
- 환자의 시력에 원하는 변화를 달성하도록 각막 조직을 절삭하는 각막 조직 절삭 장치로서,에너지 흐름을 각막 조직을 향해 선택적으로 지향시키는 에너지 전송 시스템과,안구를 향해 배향된 제1 및 제2 영상 포집 장치와,에너지 전송 시스템이 제1 영상 포집 장치에 의해 감지된 안구의 운동에 응답하여 에너지 흐름을 제1축을 따라 측방향으로 편향시키고 제2 영상 포집 장치에 의해 감지된 안구의 운동에 응답하여 에너지 흐름을 제2축을 따라 측방향으로 편향시키도록 제1 및 제2 영상 포집 장치를 에너지 전송 시스템에 연결시키는 프로세서를 구비하는 각막 조직 절삭 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에너지 흐름은 치료축을 형성하며, 눈는 제1 및 제2 영상 포집 장치의 제1 및 제2 시야 내에 각각 배치되고, 시야는 치료축으로부터 각지게 편향되는 것인 각막 조직 절삭 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2 시야는 치료축에 대해 제1 시야로부터 원주 방향으로 편향되는 것인 각막 조직 절삭 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제2 시야는 치료축에 대해 제1 시야로부터 약 90도 만큼 원주 방향으로 편향되는 것인 각막 조직 절삭 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 안구는 안구의 광축을 따르는 Z축, 제1축을 따르는 X-Z 평면 및 제2축을 따르는 Y-Z 평면을 구비하는 X-Y-Z 좌표 시스템을 형성하고, 제1 영상 포집 장치는 Y-Z 평면을 따라 X-Z 평면을 벗어나도록 배치되며, 제2 영상 포집 장치는 X-Y 평면을 따라 Y-Z 평면을 벗어나도록 배치되는 것인 각막 조직 절삭 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 프로세서는 제1 및 제2 영상 포집 장치에 의해 감지된 제1 및 제2 시야 내의 형상의 측방향 위치에 응답하여 에너지 전송 시스템과 안구의 형상 사이의 거리를 지시하는 신호를 발생시키는 것인 각막 조직 절삭 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에너지 흐름을 발생시키는 레이저를 더 구비하며, 상기 에너지 흐름은 각막 조직을 절제하도록 된 레이저 빔을 포함하는 것인 각막 조직 절삭 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 에너지 전송 시스템은 레이저 빔의 광로를 따라 하나 이상의 편향된 촬상 렌즈를 구비하며, 상기 촬상 렌즈는 제1 및 제2 영상 포집 장치로부터의 신호에 응답하여 레이저 빔에 대해 측방향으로 이동하는 것인 각막 조직 절삭 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 안구를 향해 배향된 적외선 광원을 더 구비하며, 각 영상 포집 장치는 안구의 홍채와 공막에 의해 반사된 적외선에 민감한 CCD를 구비하고, 프로세서는 제1 및 제2 영상 포집 장치와 각각 관련된 제1 및 제2 추적 장치 모듈을 구비하며, 상기 제1 및 제2 추적 장치 모듈은 반사된 적외선으로부터 안구의 동공 중심 위치를 결정하는 것인 각막 조직 절삭 장치.
- 광축과 제1 및 제2 측방향 광축을 갖는 안구의 운동을 감지하는 안구 운동 감지 장치로서,제1 영상 포집 장치와 제1 프로세서 모듈을 구비하는 제1 추적 장치로서, 제1 영상 포집 장치는 제1 촬상축을 따라 눈를 향해 배향되고, 제1 촬상축은 광축으로부터 각지게 편향되며, 제1 프로세서 모듈은 제1 촬상축에 대한 안구의 측방향 운동을 지시하는 제1 신호를 발생시키는 것인 제1 추적 장치와,제2 영상 포집 장치와 제2 프로세서 모듈을 구비하는 제2 추적 장치로서, 제2 영상 포집 장치는 제2 촬상축을 따라 눈를 향해 배향되고, 제2 촬상축은 광축으로부터 각지게 편향되어 광축에 대해 제1 촬상축으로부터 원주 방향으로 변위되며, 제2 프로세서 모듈은 제2 촬상축에 대한 안구의 측방향 운동을 지시하는 제2 신호를 발생시키는 것인 제2 추적 장치를 구비하는 안구 운동 감지 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2 추적 장치에 결합된 제3 프로세서 모듈을 더 구비하며, 상기 제3 프로세서 모듈은 제1 및 제2 신호로부터 제1 및 제2 측방향 광축에 대한 안구의 측방향 변위를 연산하는 것인 안구 운동 감지 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 안구의 광학적 특성에 예정된 변화를 달성하기 위해 안구의 각막 조직을 절제하도록 안구를 향해 광축을 따라 레이저 빔을 지향시키는 레이저를 더 구비하는 것인 안구 운동 감지 장치.
- 광축과 제1 및 제2 측방향 축을 갖는 안구의 운동을 감지하기 위한 안구 운동 감지 방법으로서,광축으로부터 편향된 제1 영상 경로를 따라 배치된 제1 영상 포집 장치에 의해 제1 측방향 축을 따른 안구의 운동을 감지하는 단계와,광축으로부터 편향된 제2 영상 경로를 따라 배치된 제2 영상 포집 장치에 의해 제2 측방향 축을 따른 안구의 운동을 감지하는 단계로서, 상기 제2 영상 경로는 제1 영상 경로에 대해 광축을 중심으로 원주 방향으로 변위된 것인 단계를 포함하는 안구 운동 감지 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 안구의 광학 특성에 원하는 변화를 달성하기 위해 눈를 향해 소정 패턴의 레이저 에너지를 지향시키는 단계와, 안구가 이동할 때 상기 패턴과 안구 사이의 정렬을 향상시키도록 제1 및 제2 영상 포집 장치로부터 감지된 안구의 운동에 응답하여 레이저 에너지를 측방향으로 변위시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것인 안구 운동 감지 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 레이저 에너지는 안구 또는 머리의 감지된 수의(隨意) 운동에 응답하여 측방향으로 변위되고, 안구의 급속한 단속성 운동은 추적되지 않는 것인 안구 운동 감지 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 영상 포집 장치 중 적어도 하나로부터의 신호를 사용하여 광축을 따른 안구의 위치 정보를 결정하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것인 안구 운동 감지 방법.
