Claims (4)
- 하기의 화학식 1을 가지는 녹색 발광 형광체를 제조함에 있어서, 형광체 합성에 사용되는 물질로 SrS, Ga[(CH3)2NCS2]3, [(CH3)4N]{Eu[(CH3)2NCS2]4} 및 여분의 황(S)을 사용하고, 이중도가니의 박스형 노에서 600-1200℃의 온도로 소성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 녹색발광 스트론튬·유로피움·티오갈륨(Sr1-xEuxGa2S4) 형광체의 제조방법.화학식 1Sr1-xEuxGa2S4(상기 식에서 x는 0.01에서 0.2의 범위 이내의 값을 가진다.)
- 제1항에 있어서, 내부의 도가니에는 합성에 필요한 시료를 넣고, 외부의 도가니에는 활성제의 산화를 방지하기 위해서 활성탄을 넣는 것을 특징으로 하는 녹색발광 스트론튬·유로피움·티오갈륨(Sr1-xEuxGa2S4) 형광체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 모결정에 결정성장을 위한 용융제로서 염화나트륨, 불화나트륨, 불화칼슘, 불화알루미늄, 그리고 불화바륨 중에서 선택된 1종 이상을 1.0에서 30.0 중량%의 범위에서 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 녹색발광 스트론튬·유로피움·티오갈륨(Sr1-xEuxGa2S4) 형광체의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 여분의 S의 투입량은 1.0에서 50.0 중량% 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 녹색발광 스트론튬·유로피움·티오갈륨(Sr1-xEuxGa2S4) 형광체의 제조방법.
