Claims (3)
- 내부에 성형공간이 형성되도록 상호 접하여 배치되는 제1금형과 제2금형, 상기 제1금형에 회전 가능하게 결합되며 내면에 상기 성형공간의 일부를 이루는 제1헬리컬치형이 형성된 제1회전부재, 상기 제1회전부재와 접하도록 상기 제2금형에 회전 가능하게 결합되며 내면에 상기 제1헬리컬치형과 치형의 방향이 다른 제2헬리컬치형이 형성된 제2회전부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형용 금형.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1금형에는 외면이 테이퍼형으로 된 제1결합부가 마련되고, 상기 제1회전부재 일면에는 상기 제1결합부에 대응하여 결합되는 제1결합홈이 형성되며,상기 제2금형에는 내면이 테이퍼형으로 된 제2결합홈이 형성되고, 상기 제2회전부재 외면에는 상기 제2결합홈에 대응하여 결합되는 제2결합부가 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형용 금형.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1회전부재와 상기 제2회전부재의 외곽에는 이들이 회전 가능하게 지지하도록 상기 제1금형과 상기 제2금형에 각각 결합되는 지지링이 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형용 금형.
