Claims (9)
- 제 1 기판과 제 2 기판;상기 제 1 기판의 배면상에 형성되어 있는 제 1 절연층;상기 제 1 절연층상에 형성되어 있는 유기발광소자;상기 유기발광소자 전면에 형성되어 있는 제 2 절연층;상기 제 2 절연층상에 형성되어 있는 보호층;상기 제 1 기판상에 형성되어 있는 박막트랜지스터;상기 박막트랜지스터를 포함한 기판 전면에 형성되어 있는 보호막;상기 보호막상에 형성되어 있는 화소전극;상기 제 1 기판과 제 2 기판사이에 개재되어 있는 액정을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 기판과 제 2 기판은 편광기능이 부가되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 기판과 제 2 기판은 유기물인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 유기물은 Alq3(Tris-8-hydroxyquinolinatoaluminium), BeBq(Bis-benzo-quinolinato-berellium), PPV(Poly Phenylene Vinylene) 또는 Poly alkylthiphene 중 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 1 기판의 배면과 제 1 절연층 사이에 소정 두께의 시트 글래스가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 기판 및 제 2 기판을 준비하는 단계;상기 제 1 기판의 배면상에 제 1 절연층을 형성하는 단계;상기 제 1 절연층상에 유기발광소자를 형성하는 단계;상기 유기발광소자 전면에 제 2 절연층을 형성하는 단계;상기 제 2 절연층상에 보호층을 형성하는 단계;상기 제 1 기판상에 박막트랜지스터를 형성하는 단계;상기 박막트랜지스터를 포함한 기판 전면에 보호막을 형성하는 단계;상기 보호막상에 화소전극을 형성하는 단계;상기 제 1 기판과 제 2 기판 사이에 액정을 개재하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 기판과 제 2 기판은 유기물로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 유기물은 Alq3(Tris-8-hydroxyquinolinato aluminium), BeBq(Bis-benzo-quinolinato-berellium), PPV(Poly Phenylene Vinylene) 또는 Poly alkylthiphene 중 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 기판의 배면상에 제 1 절연층을 형성시키기 전에 소정 두께의 시트 글래스를 형성시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 액정표시장치 제조방법.
