Claims (3)
- 0.01~0.06중량%의 C 및 3.0~3.3중량%의 Si가 포함된 전기강판을 연속주조할 때 사용하는 몰드 플럭스에 있어서,염기도(CaO/SiO2): 0.85~0.95, MgO: 5%중량%이하, Na2O: 13~16중량%. F: 5~ 9중량%, free [C]: 1~ 5중량%이고, 나머지는 기타 불순 성분으로 구성되며, 점도가 1.0~ 1.3, 결정질율이 2%이하임을 특징으로 하는 전기강판 제조용 몰드 플럭스.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 몰드 플럭스는 free [C]의 종류가 흑연임을 특징으로 하는 전기강판 제조용 몰드 플럭스.
- 0.01~0.06중량%의 C 및 3.0~3.3중량%의 Si가 포함된 전기강판을 연속주조할 때 사용하는 몰드 플럭스의 제조방법에 있어서,염기도(CaO/SiO2): 0.85~0.95, MgO: 5%중량%이하, Na2O: 13~16중량%가 조성되도록 먼저 CaO, SiO2, MgO 및 Na2O 분말을 용융시킨 다음, 용융물을 분쇄한 후, 여기에 F: 5~ 9중량%, free [C]: 1~ 5중량%가 되도록 F와 흑연을 각각 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 전기강판 제조용 몰드 플럭스의 제조방법.
