Claims (17)
- 아밀로즈 함량이 약 40 중량% 미만인, 소수성으로 변성된 전분을 포함하는 코팅을 가지는 오일 및 그리스 내성의 종이 제품으로,상기 전분 모재의 유동성이 500 g/in2이상의 겔 강도를 가지는 종이 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 변성된 전분이 다음의 식으로 표현되는 종이 제품:상기 식에서, St는 아밀로즈 함량이 약 40% 미만인 전분이고, R은 디메틸렌 또는 트리메틸렌이고, R'은 6 내지 18개의 탄소원자를 가지는 탄화수소기이고, Y는 H, 알칼리금속, 알칼리토금속, 또는 암모늄임.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,전분의 건중량을 기준으로 약 1 내지 5 중량%의 다음 식으로 표현되는 기가 가 전분에 결합되는 종이 제품:.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,R이 디메틸렌이고, R'이 8 내지 12개의 탄소원자를 가지는 탄화수소인 종이 제품.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 전분의 아밀로즈 함량이 30% 미만인 종이 제품.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,R'이 알킬기 또는 알케닐기인 종이 제품.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,약 2 내지 3 중량%의 결합된 R'를 함유하는 종이 제품.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 전분이 타피오카인 종이 제품.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 전분이 사고(sago)인 종이 제품.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,식품 용기인 종이 제품.
- a) 아밀로즈 함량이 약 40 중량% 미만이고, 변성전 전분의 유동성이 500 g/in2이상의 겔 강도를 가지는 소수성으로 변성된 전분을 포함하는 코팅 조성물을 제공하는 단계;b) 상기 코팅 조성물을 종이 기질(substrate)에 적용하는 단계; 및c) 상기 코팅된 기질을 건조하는 단계를 포함하는 우수한 배리어 특성을 가지는 코팅된 종이 제품을 제조하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,변성된 전분은 다음의 식으로 표현되는 종이 제품의 제조방법:상기 식에서, St는 아밀로즈 함량이 약 40% 미만인 전분이고, R은 디메틸렌또는 트리메틸렌이고, R'은 6 내지 18개의 탄소원자를 가지는 탄화수소기이고, Y는 H, 알칼리금속, 알칼리토금속, 또는 암모늄임.
- 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서,상기 코팅 조성물이 약 2 내지 약 25 중량%의 총고체 함유량을 가지는 수용액인 종이 제품의 제조방법.
- 제11항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 코팅 조성물이 약 5 내지 약 15 중량%의 총고체 함유량을 가지는 수용액인 종이 제품의 제조방법.
- 제11항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 코팅 조성물이 약 7 내지 약 12 중량%의 총고체 함유량을 가지는 수용액인 종이 제품의 제조방법.
- 제11항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 전분이 타피오카인 종이 제품의 제조방법.
- 제11항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 전분이 사고인 종이 제품의 제조방법.
